Bemused why he's terrified of running at players, just commit someone and see what happens, get a corner or something. Everytime he gets it he stops, looks up and passes backwards.

Overheard a conversation about how the 'Indians hate the Pakis the most' between a group of them at a pub near King's Cross before our game yesterday (They were Mackems because they said they'd be back to the place if Sunderland play at Wembley again in a few months, the barman didn't exactly look enthused). He's horrible defensively and would likely see us exposed. Especially given Bournemouths tendency to have players drift into the hole from the flanks. Well, the goal was coming, so I don't really know where you're going with the point. We needed someone to take the ball and keep it.

The problem with him apart from the obvious lack of pace etc is, his highs aren't actually very high at all but his lows are fucking dreadful and game losing.

His limitations were laid bare today against a quick, strong side. Totally ineffective.

Not really turned up, disappointing but they have played well.

Left Schar on the bench, praying Rashford doesn't come on.

The right call to put him in given Burnley's love of diagonal punts and Yedlin's positional weakness there. He played well enough too. Need an upgrade on both of them though.
