How bad did the injuries go to Tino and Almiron look?

The shape is all wrong at the moment, we're set up to fail and expose our slow backline. Two midfielders always ahead of the ball in possession meaning we struggle to move the ball up the pitch, then when we inevitably lose it there's massive gaps and the opposition has a free run at the defence. Worryingly this has been an issue for a long time now.

Wish he'd consider a change of system. We look and have looked extremely poor for some time now.

Even if you disregard Burn being targeted and exposed every game, Tino's attacking quality is enough to merit him starting. We look miles more dangerous when he's on the field. Arguably our most athletic and technical option when he gets it in the final third.

He's not even that good on set pieces. Definite sense of the Peter Crouch about him where he gets his head to it but it often without any conviction on direction.

Would be a terrible loss, especially in Jan. Both on and off the field he's our figurehead and sets the standards. Yes he's getting on and we need to bring money in, but there's a line where the negatives outweigh the positives. He's one of only 4 or 5 elite players we've got.

Should really be phased out sooner rather than later. We need someone with better technique in that position. Miley already much better in that department.

We lack athleticism at the back and creativity going forward. We rely on the system to get us in good positions which is fine, but there's a distinct lack of quality in the final decision, pass or shot. The lack of pace and athleticism stops us from being truly able to push up the pitch and pin teams back too. Too many times recently we're caught in two minds and make it easy for the opposition to counter us. CB, DM and RW pls.
