  1. FFS, it's obvious what happened. It's always been obvious but some people are taken in by the bleating wankers. and a particularly thorough inquiry?
  2. He believes in black and white together. Good enough for me.
  3. Freddy baby, take the cash and ask for a posh seat for life, you want to be loved, here's your chance. PS Get well soon.
  4. Let's send him some roses, get well soon, and all the best.
  5. Yeah, those blokes aren't popular at Anfield. Live in Wallsend. http://koptalkinsider.wordpress.com/
  6. So which ones are these then? These gentlemen of football violence, engaging in the admittedly long-running tradition of kicking the shit out of each other for fun? Same gangs who batter llone peoplle walking home from town......hey, they weren't to know that kicking someone in the head could kill them eh?
  7. So it would be fine if they just went out there tooled-up, part of a real army eh? Show those Ities a bit of British pride? Did I say that? oh dear. What sort of respectable "firm" would go tooled up. It's like minded people fighting like minded people usually these days when it goes "off". Not pissed up arseholes kicking their own fans in the head when they're lying on the floor. Respectable firm? Like the gremlins and casuals mostly jailed for twatting each other with bricks, bats and knives while decent people cowered in terror? Yeah, they're well respectable.

  9. Billionaire who carries his stuff in a carrier bag, that says 'eccentric' to me. says tightwad to me have you not read some of the stories about his business dealings? strikes me as a bloke who if he dropped a penny it would hit him on the back of the head That's big business all over, he's just had more success doing so than the Halls and Shepherds so we're agreed, it's not likely he's invested for fun and is actually bothered about the money he's putting in Yeah, I was just speculating wildly, and I didn't say he wasn't bothered, but all investment involves risk, and the share investment isn't likely to disappear completely unless the club goes bankrupt. But for some businessmen, high risk can be exciting, could lead to riches, could go tits-up. Either we it isn't going to personally bankrupt him.
  10. There we go, accuse someone of being a sock puppet when they disagree with you, a message board classic. Your argument is "they're all cunts". Grow up, football banter is for a laugh, believing it all means you need to get out a bit more.

  12. I agree, I only took issue with some who seem to think "all scousers are like that", there's problems with a significant minority of their support who seem to turn out in force for big European matches.

  14. Well of course he wants a return, but he is rich enough to bide his time on the investment, and the share investment, it's not like he could never get that back if it doesn't prove as fruitful as he'd hoped, unless something goes drastically wrong on the pitch I would think premiership clubs will hold their value at least in the medium term.
  15. If you'll forgive more speculation since that's all we have, maybe he always wanted to own a football club ever since playing Subbuteo as a wee lad in Bucks, only some fucker's bought all the decent ones so this'll have to do.
  16. Well it's diversification in an area related to his main area of business, but I doubt we'll know all the motivations of an alleged recluse, from what I've read he certainly knows how to make a few quid, but there's always risk, some entrepreneurs even enjoy the risks, it's gambling on a vast scale, perhaps he thought "what's the most expensive yet least successful football club going? I can do that, I can build a wall successful football club"
  17. Where's 'cautiously optimistic'? That anyway.
  18. Oh that's alright then, we'll point fingers at someone else until a mackem bus bricking goes a bit further than before, hits the driver and people get killed.
  19. There has to be some reason why they are as they are. Let's stick red stars on them and round them up then eh?
  20. Is that supposed to be a comparison to this? f****** hell No, but a clear sign that there's a fair few twats cling to this club as well, the link was in reaction to a rather extreme rant. Of course Newcastle supporters have never been involved in scenes of terrible violence....
  21. Am I right that you believe there's some genetic disposition towards criminal behaviour on Merseyside?
  22. Let's also remember stewards being beaten up in SJP for boxes of scarves FFS.
  23. Worth a read for anyone who thinks the average Liverpool supporter doesn't know they have problems. http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=f31a048932d45142ffe052ca0096b449&topic=179084.0 Stevie, you're a very strange man.
  24. I run a (music) forum and barely moderate it at all, for the simple reason that I can't be arsed, and being off-topic is obligatory anyway.
