Has it really dipped? He's basically been no better than average in every game and that's being kind. I mean, I can't be arsed to think about every match in detail, but came away from a good few of the early games in the season thinking he'd had a quality match. Hasn't happened for a while. I can't really remember any match where he stood out as a different level to everyone one the pitch in the way Shelvey has at times. I'm not necessarily having a go, but considering the money we paid, and his record at this level previously, I think he has arguably been the biggest disappointment of the season. Can't think of him doing many good things throughout the season tbh, and our overall form has carried him and made him avoid any major criticism.

He hasn't got any attributes that make you think he would be worth persisting with. He's been poor since the first game, and its not as if he has even had a lot to do during games.

Sels should never play for us again. Bit of an eye opener for anyone who thought we would be a decent premier league team as well this season. Also a bit worried about the impact the last two results will have on confidence over a pretty busy few weeks.

Anyone else been disappointed with him for the majority of the season? Considering the price we paid for him and his record for Bournemouth, I can't really remember him making a major impact in any game. Has his role changed much for us from what he was doing at Bournemouth?

Bit concerned with Gamez and Mbemba who have barely played for months, should be good going forward though.
