I played for Sunderland when I was a kid, Henderson was in the age group below mine, him and his mate got moved up to play with our team though. The main attribute he had was his stamina and work rate, bit surprised now at how far he has gone.

I think on paper at least it would be Mitro up top on his own, with Gayle just off him. Maybe a 2 up top when attacking, but Gayle dropping in to help back. Not sure if it would work, because Gayle needs to be in the box and in and around Mitro, so his transition from a defensive position to attacking would have to be quick.
