  1. Feels a bit win win as I hate both clubs
  2. Isn’t that what they meant by being champions in five years time? Spreadsheet champions
  3. Probably dangerous for me to say I don’t mind Hope outside the sanctity of the unpopular opinions thread
  4. If I was Sandro, after all the Isak shit I think I’d want something more concrete (in writing), than a gentleman’s agreement
  5. ‘…beat off…’
  6. Some on here seeing that

    Yoane Wissa

I don’t think we can be angry at him for being bald. At least we knew that about him before signing. The rest is probably reasonable/fair.
  8. That Qarabag starting XI has probably annoyed me more than disproportionately anything else this season. To start the likes of Trippier was criminal.
  9. If he wants to go, then so be it. Just hope he informs the club in plenty of time so we can plan a suitable replacement (if that’s even possible), and start in a strong negotiating position for his sale. I 100% don’t think he would do an Isak, but we need to avoid over paying for a replacement(s) at the 11th hour (e.g. Wissa).
  10. Purely hypothetical, but which of the big five (Spurs don’t count), if they had a vacancy, do you think would go for Eddie, if he was free and available? I love the guy and want him to stay, but curious to know what others think.
  11. I’m 11, gutted you don’t care about my feelings
  12. Play Ruddy, just to see his face when his name is in the starting XI

I’m desperate for him to do well, but no way was that a ‘great’ performance. I think he was made to look ‘good’ due to some pretty poor performances around him.
  14. I bet he does a mean PowerPoint

Agreed. Feels like a real luxury player that we can’t afford at the moment. Would love him to work out, but I just can’t see him fitting into Eddie’s philosophy.
  16. Tudor and the Chelsea nerd will probably be available soon if anyone wants them
  17. At least we will always have Spurs to cheer us up
  18. I honestly think it is as simple as that. We’ve had the heaviest schedule and most miles covered compared to pretty much any team this calendar year. Even the strongest of squads are going to struggle, let alone a squad still expecting a 35 year old to play twice a week in a demanding role. We’ve also played several weeks now without our most important player (Bruno). Hopefully the international break does us wonders (including Eddie), and we can push as hard as possible to the end of the season. I still think Eddie is the man for the job, but this summer is going to be so critical and I hope they are working hard on the planning.
  19. Not good enough at all Wilock has been shocking
  20. Wissa stealing a living and your chips
  21. Murphy done more than Elanga already
