  4. http://yfrog.com/h7rsazsj Milan's new jersy it looks like ours 98/99.....
  5. I have read in today NOTW.... Sagna said the players failed not the manger and ten days earlier ... The club Capitain Fabrgas said they need to sign some one big or failing adrifit.... If the manager was Ferguson not Wenger... Sagna will be appointed as the new club capital and Fabrgas would be sold immediately... This is why Wenger is not successful he doesn't have a strong spine inspte of having a brrilaint mind...

    Alan Pardew

Former Reading boss Alan Pardew has retold the story of when he first brought Brian McDermott to the club. Newcastle boss Pardew chose to bring Brian to Madejski Stadium when he himself was manager more than ten years ago, and McDermott has now gone on to enjoy great success in his own tenure as our manager. Speaking to our online TV station Reading FC Player in a new video interview, Pardew said, "I've got strong connections in the non-league world where Brian was operating at the time. He was out of work and I took an instant liking to him. "He did a super job for me and obviously he has gone on from that to do the reserves, first team and find himself well established now as a Championship manager and hopefully a Premier League manager. "He has good people skills. As you can tell his communication to the players is good, he's a guy that you warm to and that's why players will like to play for him. He's not in your face - unlike myself! He has other qualities that stand him out." McDermott's men have just enjoyed an eight-game winning run, the fifth best winning sequence ever in our history, and Pardew said, "It's important to go into the play-offs with momentum and when you have that you have a great chance. "I speak to him a couple of times a week about this or that, he's a super guy, it's a great club and I hope I'm coming back to Reading next year with Newcastle." McDermott recently paid tribute to Pardew for starting the Reading way of playing with pace, dynamism, and width, and Pardew said, "My style was just to get energy on the pitch and that's been carried through with Nick Hammond, through Steve Coppell and to Brian. "It's about athleticism, that's one thing Reading have had over the last five years and when you couple that with quality then it's very difficult to beat." The full video interview with Pardew is available now on Reading FC Player.
  7. He's still only 23 though. At the same age Zidane was playing for a pretty average Bordeaux side and wasn't exactly dragging them to success was he? I'm sure he'll take on more of a leadership role as he gets older. True that and it is difficult to influence a team like Zidan did in 2006 while he is thirty something. I am sure his time will come for that. I am sure Messi is above all the rest bar Pele and Maradona.... He have a bright future to over take them as well.
  8. Thats true Chirs I thought we signed him for 2 years....
  9. I think they will give him one more year contract. He is playing first team football for about 3 month now you just can not let go this kind of player it is better to loan Ranger out and Keep Lovenkrands at least until January. 1. New Top Striker 2. Best 3. Shola 4. Loven If we can find funds I will add another good striker and push the pecking order one down. Mind you still we need Loven since Best and Shola are so much injury prone.
  10. I couldn't agree more.... but it is what it is and we have to move on...
  11. I wish people comprehend better about this fact
  12. After Big Stoke win today I doubt if we finish in the top half..... unless we get something from Anfield or Stamford Bridge which is unlucky.
  13. I will have him in a heart beat... He is great manager he could do a bit better with a little bit of selfishness and buy a potent striker.
  14. I couldn't agree more he would be great player for us... I hope the club is serious enough to offer him something real...
  15. I cant wait to see the back of him......
  16. I would be happy for him to go to Milan than Liverpool...
  17. In an ideal world you would probably have neither. But fwiw in the current financial climate I'd rather have the shitehawk who can pay his way than the one who can't and takes money out of the club. I couldn't agree more if some one have problem with the above statement it is better if he go to a mental hospital.
  18. I really wouldn't have him back and that is not through having any great love of Ashley I can assure you. It really is amazing how selective people's memories can be when it comes to buffoonery. Beyond word quayside..... People have short memory..... I would have Ashly any day over Fat Fred....
  19. He has to hire a good chairman than Derek in order to achieve that....
  20. I wonder what happen to Guthri.... he was tidy on Tuesday.... I am happy Krul kept his shirt regardless of Harper's situation.
