The Europeometer™ (2024/25) - NUFC Qualify for Conference League (at least)
Turnbull2000 replied to Rich's topic in Football
I'm properly unsettled after Sunday's result and Liverpool's continue lucky streak. The wait for the Leeds match is bloody agony. Yes, Europa League would have been incredible prospect 8 months ago, but can only see it hindering current progress from a purely cost/benefit view. So many damn games for relative pittance. -

Well yeah that, but was assuming they'll fall away -

Would much rather them top 4 (with us) than Liverpool -

Currently a 7. Think there's a good chance we'll lose on Sunday and Liverpool's jammy streak will continue. -
jesus christ the scouse tramps are jammy. Gonna be horrific if that bell end Klopp beats us to 4th ffs
-
Are we really that decent at the moment? Judging by West Ham, Spurs, Everton and Southampton forums and the press, these teams have just been utterly diabolical rather than us good
-
Klopp is now genuinely an awful human being. Have there been any other managers recently as thoroughly unlikeable? The scouse tramps should be ashamed.
-
Jesus christ spurs are utter shit

VAR check!

Two excellent results if the Forest hold on. Would like Forest to stay up, and Brighton to finish above Spurs and hopefully Pool. Villa and Brighton 5th and 6th would be fucking mint if we keep 3rd-4th. Will be sweating a bit if don't win tomorrow though.

Worried expectations are getting a bit too high now. Would be content with 3-0 and scoring just the one worldie. -

Feeling a little bit less confident with Schar out, but should be no excuses with this lot. Can see us conceding, so three goals by half time so I'm a little less anxious please! -

Think they'll be choking on the froth in their mouths to make much noise tbh Players from smaller clubs always move onto bigger and better things. Happens all the time, so don't get the hatred -
Want Villa to finish above Liverpool, but also want 5-8th teams to lose. Torn.

You can place yourself within the seats in Google Earth 3D, and the view matches that photo. There's some appalling stand design at the Molineux

I'd be disappointed if this ends 5-1. Unbelievable. Could do with another 3-4 to re-build our goal difference on Liverpool. -

Us 3rd and Villa 4th would be perfect, but not sure how'd I'd cope with the anxiety if it went to last day. Otherwise us and Man Utd taking those two spots please. Man U will always be massive, whereas Spurs can be permanently knocked off their Bix Six perch. Don't want Liverpool near it as the manager and fans are right a bunch of c*nts. -
Is suggesting that Emery is the better coach heresy to you? I'm not looking to belittle Howe who's been fantastic, but Emery has done an incredible job since taking over Villa.
-
Warned yers they've been displaying mackem like behaviour on their forums. Though wouldn't surprise if this tit is actually a mackem.
-
Why are people upset at the thought of Emery being a better manager? Howe has been great, but Emery is top tier.
