Now talking about the match on Soccer Saturday -
He didn't say that about Sunderland, Brown and O’Shea did he? A Newcastle fan has made it up, surely?

Did I just hear Arsenal are struggling to fill their stadium?

Did Sir John Hall make a racist joke about Les Ferdinand ages ago?

Don't see how that's racist at all. The professionally offended can go f*ck themselves tbh. -
Out of favour. So much he can't even make the bench? Jesus christ, what a waste.

Is Demba Ba injured?

Nahh, people will still turn up in numbers unfortuntately. Would love nothing more than a sub 40k attendance next game.

Aye, had a strong dislike of Spurs a few years ago, but can't help but respect their progress. Whereas Man City and Chelsea are both vile clubs and a blight on league. Hope Spurs manage to finish above at least on of those two.

F*cking w*nker. Sick of his bloody negativity. He's been pulling this nonsense for at least a year now. Way to motivate the players you dick

Anyone know of a summary of total transfer spending for each club? Curious how much everyone else has spent relative to us.

Brilliant! Made me laugh!!

Ashley and his cronies have got no f*cking taste, have they. That's bloody awful. If you're gonna place it as a monument, at least stand it in isolation, not up against a flippin' wall. Idiots.

Zero hour contract seem perfectly fitted to a retail outlet like Sports Direct. The high street staff are usually young college types, and have no need for regular hours. Have SDs employees actually been asked if they deplore these terms and conditions? I agree zero hours are often bad news for older employees seeking stability and regular pay, but of all the firms to target, it seems absurd to homes in the one outlet where it's arguably appropriate.

We only snapped up a few players in January (and without dragging our feet) because Ashley genuinely feared relegation. If that happened, the losses and chancew of him selling the club at break even would have receded much, much further. We'll probably bring in on or two players for a total spend of £10 million or less before the season starts. That's it IMO. Ashley'w only concern is spending the absolute minimum to stay up.. and disposing of the club as soon as possible. I believe Ashley doubts Pardew's ability to keep us up without any real spending, thus hiring Kinnear in the hope of driving him out without the mega compensation an 8 year contract would bring.

Just had this conversation with my mam... Me "It's beyond belief, I cannot stand that man" Mam "I hope he has a heart attack and dies" Me "Maammmm, you can't say that man" Mam "Well, people die of heart attacks on the time, so why not him"
