He's very no nonsense and aggressive defensively, which I like a lot, especially when he's at left back going against wide men. Always stood out at Bournemouth to me because of it, as I really appreciate that in a defender. Think people will really come to appreciate that he's more than they expected.

I got a fair bit of cheek for suggesting Kelly was best placed to start at left back due to his defensive ability and experience. He's just much further along in that regard, while still being comfortable on the ball and useful going forward. Hall looks best placed to be a sub for now while he develops further defensively. He's only 19 and has all the time in the world. For now he seems to be a more attack minded player that is great going forward, but defensively, still needs some growth.

The football will eventually kick into gear. Not worried about that at all. With this really good start we have there's a bit of pressure to get points on the board and take advantage. Delighted with all 3 today.
