That hesitency might ultimately be what does us in. The good thing about those type of signings is that not only are they cheaper, but their salaries are much lower too. Therefore, if they don't pan out you'll likely get most of your money back because they'll be easy to move on. Far more likely to get screwed if a big money signing doesn't work out. We've gone multiple windows ignoring certain positions instead of taking a look at signings in this mould that could have helped us at least get into Europe as we were so close and mostly have a good first team, so we can improve our revenue by being involved in European competitions regularly. We don't have to fill the whole team with these types but a few of them that we can still manage when we don't have as much money could be key.

Kerkez, Zabarnyi, Huijsen, Kluivert, Semenyo, Ouattara ... All were really good today for Bournemouth. All were bought for excellent value. Need to be brave in the market and look at some players that are not household names, but that can come in and perform in Howe's system.

Really frustrating that he doesn't adjust to teams selling out to press us so aggressively. Releasing the ball quicker would have had us at them so much more often and allowed us to settle into a better rhythm. So annoying.

Tyler Adams is an absolute WUM. But he's good at what he does, and was really good today. Completely disrupted our build up, and particularly affected Bruno, who was somewhat infuriating with his dwelling on the ball.

Fair play to Bournemouth. In my opinion the team that plays with the best energy and intensity in the league. Every single game they are at the opposition. Well done to them.
