Decent interview with Johannes Spors. Seems like a good candidate too, and the experience with the multi club setup could be useful.

Mount is a pretty basic player in general play, you just want him arriving in and around the box as a goal scorer. He finishes really well.

Team around him has to be a functioning unit though, to allow him to do so. 

No idea what ten Hag's plan was for him in this team. Really strange signing for them.
