Anyone who is happy with Alan Smith in the team cannot be a true nufc supporter. The gutless, talentless cunt should be nowhere near
-
We have to keep Barton, we have no choice in that

Take Sib in a second. Wow, if you told me i'd be saying that about a 35 year old Sibierksi 3 years ago.....

This is a bloke who spent every other interview trying to convince the world he was some tough guy and all the others didn't have 'the arsehole for this job.' It was only a matter of time before more bullshit emerged

I completely agree, I just hope people aren't expecting too much

There is nothing that could possibly happen to Ashley that could make me feel any ounce of sympathy for him, absolutely nothing
-
Thommo will be able to confirm

Goodness me, its starting to seem to me like you have a vendetta against every single member of the youth team, in addition to all the other vendettas you've got. Did they spoil a night out you had once or something Which other vendettas? I'm just saying, if we start to expect Nile Ranger to keep us up, we'll more than likely end up dissapointed
-
We going to find out a fair bit about Nile Ranger in the coming months, prepare for dissapointment

spent 4 hours reading the autobiography last night, unearthed 2 more quotes that had me spitting out ma Broon Ale: "I've got a newspaper headline that I still look at with incredulity: 'Robson quizzed in rape case'. Can you believe that?" "I said to Alan Oliver one day, 'You've got something against Titus Bramble and I'm not having it. Now stop it Alan.'"
-
indeed, going to be a god
-
wait until he sees Shola, at least one of his infamous quotes will be recycled - with haste

I count only one, Kinnear. He was injured for the bulk of Shearer's time No he wasn't he was fit and lumbering about in the reserves, even scored a few goals when Shearer was manager. Hughton had plenty games when he could have picked him as well. Hughton picked him to play 4 times didn't he? When did he score goals with Shearer boss? He was injured for the duration of April and some of May, making selection for Shearer pretty unlikely He scored a few for the reserves near the end of the season, couple of pens and a few tap ins, might have finished with about 5 goals in the end. Whilst Shearer was boss, he scored 2 against Ashington in mid-may after returning from an injury which kept him out for 6 weeks. Nobody is desputing that Kinnear ignored him, but it's unfair to say that the other managers followed suit He scored 2 against Wigan and think one of the pens was against Man U, when macheda scored his hat-trick 4 days before he came off the bench to get the winner for Man U against Villa. i've had the fortune to witness every goal Xisco has scored so far for NUFC!! Shearer WAS NOT boss then, how many times do you need to be told? Not all that relevant really when you consider binnsy's seen pretty much every Xisco performance for us at all levels and rates Shola with a f***ed hip higher than him. that wasn't the argument though matey. He was saying that Xisco had been ignored by 3 managers. My point was that Hughton didn't ignore him and he was injured for the first 6 weeks of Shearer's 8 week stay.

£10m Sambas, £12m Cattermoles and £18m Johnsons. What the fuck happened to football?

SSN: £10m offer from Spurs for Sebastien Bassong rejected
Ronaldo replied to Crumpy Gunt's topic in Football
And you're happy with that, are you? Nope, but what can you do? I didn't want Charlie to go either, but its inevitable really. Losing our best players is s*** Coloccini has looked ok in pre-season, he should get the nod till he demands to leave -

We've done what we have under MON despite his transfer policy, rather than because of it. Moyes, for example, is far more adept in the transfer market than O'Neill is. However, having said that, life with him and Lerner hasn't been boring for a second (unlike the unremitting torpor of the last years of Ellis) Cuellar I think will come good this season, though, and possibly Davies too (who, lest we forget, was on the fringes of the England squad earlier this season). Luke Young, Ashley Young and Carew have all been good signings. As has Petrov (well, one excellent season, two gash ones). He gets it wrong far too often for my liking, though. Still, f*** it, he's got us back to 6th, which I believe is about our average position since the inception of the premiership. What he needs to do now is show his mettle and move us on. That'll be the challenge. it cant be surely

I wonder if there's a contingency plan in place should the club not be sold before a specified deadline
