Colo a six!! Are u on crack? He turned away from the ball, scared as a mackem in Haymarket you fool! funny how 2 other posters gave him a six yet you attack me. Did you see the game pal? doubtful Bob Moncur reckoned the three best players were Owen, N'Zogbia and Colo. I didn't see it so not passing judgement btw. Owen and Colo for me to be honest, N'zogbia did ok

careful, Iceman gets back from pushing old women through chip shop windows any second

this, clueless tosser To be fair, if the past two or three managers hadn't had this stupid obsession with thinking N'Zogbia was a left-back (remember Keegan's comments saying he had a find somewhere in the team for him so played him left-back?), then perhaps we'd have seen Bassong left-back instead, because to be honest, I think Keegan would have named that same back four as today unfortunately. Edgar in the team man, he's barely a championship player

Who says he sanctioned the Faye move? And the N'Zogbia thing is strange, because neither Big Sam, Keegan or Hughton fancy Enrique. well Big Sam and Hughton are c***s. Keegan should know better but didn't Keegan strongly implied that he was happy for Faye to go to Stoke and for Taylor to be a starting CB. Sheer stupdity He also implied he was happy for Milner to leave. Do you believe that too? shut up man. He said Milner was the last player he wanted to sell And then said after he sold him to Villa that he sanctioned it and that we would be able to use that money. Is it not possible that he was told that if he sold Milner and Faye he would be able to use the money, hence why he was incredibly f***ed off when it turns out we didn't spend any of the money on able replacements. Keegan and the rest were fucking idiots to get rid of Faye for £2m. When Keegan said that Colo and Taylor could be our pairing for 5 years he might as well have got his chod out. Fucking fools the lot of em

Given 5 Edgar 3 Taylor 3 Colo 6 N'zogbia 5 Geremi 5 Butt 4 Cacapa Duff 4 Xisco 5 Owen 6
-
why we didn't go out and get a replacement for Faye is beyond me, absolutely ridiculous
-
for the 5th season in a row, we're riding our luck big style. Has to run out at some point worried
-
I'll have to be physically restrained the next time someone tells me that Taylor is an adequate defender in this league. After a good start against Man U he's well and truly back to his horrific self fucking average to shambolic defender, Faye is twice the player
-
this, clueless tosser
-
is Edgar a footballer or what man? with the ball at his feet he's absolute dogshite
-
Hughton's the next Mourinho tbh
-
Drogba for Chelsea should have been there tbh

He was joint top scorer with in 1999 & 1998 ffs. He won the Ballon d'Or in 2001. I guess he was just another lucky winner like that other fella you dislike Alan Shearer. Kevin Phillips in 2000 tbh Shearer never won the ballon d'or tbh. And Shearer was twice the player Owen is
-
so he is overrated but because the of his importance to nufc he isn't overrated the funny thing is, he's a good footballer with a very good goalscoring record against the premiership's lower echelon teams but beyond that, there's very little substance to his perception. In each international tournament since 98 he's let us down and he's never exactly set the premiership on fire either, yet I see and hear him described as world class all the time, seems very daft to me.

having been a season ticket holder for 15 years now, this is comfortably the lowest we've been in my time as a supporter

You say overrate, but tell me who else at the club can score goals like Owen can? well mate, for a start, how does the performance of our other strikers relate to Owen's ability? as for your question, Viduka is basically a 1 in 2 man when fit, the rest cant really compete just yet although Martins and Xisco are well on the way (like Xisco a lot, saw him a bit last season) Owen is our best goalscorer but that doesn't make him a world class footballer, far from it. He isn't even a world class goalscorer really, not when you look at the records of certain players. Remember, cousin Michael has never hit the big 20 in a campaign
-
we need him and he's very very good at putting the ball in the net but how people overrate him, honestly
-
I'm predicting a win with this one tbh

Villa were very close to the Champions league in 03-04 with a ridiculously low budget, missed out on it by the same 4 points we did
