Utd are usually just incredibly good at soaking up pressue and attacking in the right way (ie targeting the right weakness) at the right time in games. If they're drawing away from home with 20-25 minutes left they always absolutely throw the kitchen sink at teams, gotta respect them for that.

Yet Carver was our assistant manager under Sir Bobby......admittedly Sir Bobby was vastly superior manager but i would have thought if Carver was a weak link, Sir Bobby wouldn't have had him as his numer two. Fwiw. Whoever's responsible for the attacking play in training is very obviously a weak link, tbh. Carver's a Terry Mac type you'd think. We need an attacking coach, no doubt.

You'd be fuming if it was your team, and rightly so. Relative to where the clubs are at, I'd rate it as being just as bad as having three centre-backs at Newcastle for 18 months (or whatever it was) until MYM got here. Can't disagree with any of that, tbh. He deserves praise for last season, though. Not the easiest thing in the world to do, trying to make a team out of individuals motivated completely by money.
