Tino in the final 3rd infuriates me - I mean what happened to the Tino that we saw at Southampton - he was a constant threat in the attacking half

Regardless of who our 2 wide men are - you put them up the field by 15-20 yards and you see a totally different NUFC team - it’s so bleeding obvious that I am astonished Howe isn’t able to see it - it’s risk and reward and at the moment Howe is pure risk averse which happens when results go against you We are in a position now whereby we literally have nothing to lose - play the same way and the season fizzles out and what have you gained? Problem is Kaka, and I use yesterday as a clear example - we play in a low 451 - so when we do get the ball, we have nowhere to go - the wingers are too deep and Woltemade can’t get up the field - it’s not a fluid system whereby in 2/3 passes you are able to transition - and it’s too easy for teams to defend against us The system needs ripping up - like I said yesterday, it’s hurting every single player by virtue of nullifying what they should be doing on the pitch

The worrying thing is in 4/5 months he’s been here, he has done nothing remotely to suggest he’s capable of anything

I do think with EH - had we a CEO and DoF say in April etc things would have looked so much different - the mental strain that the summer has put on EH can’t be underestimated imo - months of work on transfers and I am guessing the ones he wanted didn’t arrive - we scrambled around here there and everywhere - it was a complete and utter mess - that’s not on EH and he didn’t deserve that - that’s on the club - the summer clearly hurt EH and it’s showing

Our PL defeats Liverpool Arsenal Brighton West Ham Brentford Mackems Bar Liverpool where we were really unlucky - the rest were soft defeats - completely avoidable Spurs H, Leeds A, Bournemouth A - should have done better - games where there to be won This season could have turned out so much better

For his own sake he needs to put this 4-3-3 /4-5-1 away - it’s hurting the team and specific players in the team - you can change the personnel but those who come in place are being impacted also Move to a 4-2-3-1 - give us something different - try something different
