If we go for Openda or Nusa, I could easily see Osula being part of purchase.

He fits as second striker (more like number 10) or if you play with two 10’s and lone striker, then as another one of those 10-positions (with wing-backs). Does not fit winger or lone striker. Can’t see how he would fit our play especially with Woltemade and I think we need straing-forward goal scoring striker.

If he refuses to train and does not get paid at all, what happens to his work permit?

I really do hope that same thing happens what happened with Woltemade. Bayern was very arrogant and offering way below true market value and then we came along and signed him. It’s completely same thing with L*verpool and Is*k. My hope is that PSG, Real Madrid or Barcelona decides they want him and we just say to him that it’s either them or nowhere. Stuttgart and their fans were very happy selling him to us.

I get the feeling we are back to when PIF first arrived and we were linked with basically everyone. So much pointless noise that we need to ignore. Camavinga and Fermin Lopez are out of our reach but hopefully someone like Frattesi or Mainoo is possible.

Woltemade is not coming to be second choice striker, not now with World Cup coming. Nagelsmann made clear to him that he needs to play - not being Bayern’s second choice after Kane. I’m glad Isak is going and hope we can use the money to strengthen our squad with two more players after Woltemade.

According to BVB rumours Brentford is about to offer almost 70 million euros for Maximilian Beier. As a BVB fan I would love to see him stay, but it’s probably too big offer to reject. That would open a possibility to sell Wissa.

I hope we let him rot with U18 (don’t want to ruin U21). He will be fined week after week for not playing. I wish to see what is the point he starts thinking about his career and wants money. We can run down his contract and he is going to be 28-year-old former star. If this would be any other club I would wish them do the same.

As a BVB member and fan (these are my two clubs, though been Newcastle fan for far longer) I’m devastated of the level of BVB current board. Things have gone so bad it’s even hard to explain, but this summer and scouting has been so horrible. There are obvious weak points that haven’t been addressed and players looked at are not what should be signed. Year ago anyone in Germany euros squad was target and this summer they haven’t bothered to look outside UK. Basically everyone is either English or play in England. The days of best talent spotting in Europe (Dembele, Isak, Sancho, Hakimi, Ju Bellingham, Håland etc.) are far gone and technical positions have been filled with old players.
