It depends on their form. Current Tino looks rusty and clumsy. December Trippier was awful. But I agree we are best keeping Tripps.

Longstaff is also so poor. -
No chance. 80,000-100,000

Murphy is perfect as a versatile squad member. He also adds alot to the culture of the changing room. Murphy stays and Almiron goes.

Has some good moments but was still rusty. The issue we have is that without Bruno, we don’t have a midfielder with the technical ability to dictate the tempo.

Schar's Euro finished a week before Trippier and Gordon. -
I think Howe could transform Madueke into a Gordon level player quite quickly.
-
I think Thiaw fills a priority position, has shown good quality and experience for a player still young and will appreciate in price. Signing him is a no brainer. Then we move onto the RW.
-
Emile Krafth is fine as backup to Livramento. Plus theres there youngin Shahar who is highly rated and could do an emergency job. Murphy can play there too.

Luke Edward’s thinks it’s almost certain that Trippier leaves this window and likely that Longstaff, Almiron and Wilson follow him.
-
Do you think Eddie leaks info to Luke?
-
This guy is far too slow at brining players in. Mehrdad, Amanda and Dan would have signed 2 or 3 players by now. The future is concerning.
-
I have been impressed anytime I’ve seen him. Not sure he is physically ready for the PL.

I think it was more about splitting Ashworths role into two. Expertise in recruitment and in medical/health/fitness. It was obvious the medical/health/fitness side of the club didn't have the required leadership and underperformed last season for whatever reason.

Eddie is as calculated as they come and every response to a media question is answered in a way that will bring out the response he desires. He will tell lies and manipulate the media when necessary. He obviously has concerns around the new structure and how his influence will change. I would say he was gob smacked that AS and MG left so suddenly and he feels insecure in his position. He has probably already raised his concerns behind closed doors around what having a sporting director and performance director mean for him and didnt like the response he got. Conveniently for him he is wanted for the England job at the same time, so its is a good negotiating tactic to ensure he still has the control he desires with the new setup. I dont see why he needed these comments to go public, other than he didnt like the answers he was getting from Darren Eales behind closed doors.

I do think the "executive" swinging is necessary for the successful medium and long term future of the club. Eddie is only going to be looking at the season ahead and will want to make all decisions that might help this year, but then see the club move backwards. For example not moving Trippier and Wilson on in January is effecting transfer business now. I also think Eddie needs to be more open to scouting outside of PL experience.

Would seem so strange to see her and Mehrdad working at another PL club.
-
I would take Kuluševski here. He was very good before he had that injury and started showing some form late last season.
-
He is on £200,000 per week at Barca. So pretty close to Bruno and Isak money. Maybe a personal sponsorship deal for adidas or sela might help.
-
I have a feeling it will be Rafinha. He knows Bruno and big Joe. Fits the right wing role perfectly.

Callum Wilson: offered 'incentive-based' contract extension (Ornstein)

62 appearance in all comps in the last 2 seasons and 28 goals. With a 38 game season + cups. I think he is a great option to have off the bench and for cup games. -

I dont mind hims staying if he is motivated and prepared to be backup to Isak. Less playing time should mean less injuries. I don't think we can replace his goals. There isn't a lot out in the striker market.
