I think we'd struggle to find a better manager who would work under the restrictions placed on Pardew and meet Ashley's liking. "Restrictions". There'd be tons of managers who'd give their right bollock to work with that squad and manage the players we've signed the last 3-4 years. many would but they're ones all at clubs with tight finances or in lower leagues that doesn't actually mean a better manager would want to work for Ashley. it depends how you define better. There is probably quite a few managers in lower divisions who could do better given half a chance. Yes men with football brains perhaps. We're going to need some examples.

Who cares, he still ran the show for them every time they attacked. He was literally Man Utd's only threat. Yes there was a couple of situations where he shot at distance when he could have brought the ball further in or slipped another player in but he's only 18, plenty of time to learn decision making. Picking out that point from that game, is woeful stuff. Wouldn't have even got to pens if he hadn't stepped up and got them back in it with a lovely 1-2 then cross. Did he bollocks. He was constantly throwing himself on the ground, giving away free kicks and shooting from anywhere when there were far better options.
