Not really. There are hierachies (sp) in all companies. If say a floor manager at work isnt getting the best out of his stafff, do you not think higher management would have something to say? Its exactly the same. Maybe telling the players going somewhere else seeing their salaries drop by 30% will be a good kick up the arse.
