-
wouldnt mind zog out on the left, Barton Guthrie in the middle. cant really drop shola at mo, so that would mean Duff missing out. But he wont, zog will be on the bench.
-
thank fuck for that. Hopefully for a couple of games. Get some form, will leave JK with no option but to keep him out the team - i hope.

Absolutely. We are very much a club that needs galvanised a, "shearer" would do that IMO. Still think Bilic would be canny like. Bilic would be my very first choice but he'd never come here. If we let him have full say on everything and a very big transfer kitty we'd have a decent chance yeah, i remember when we were in for Modric, he was saying it would be a great move, we're a great club etc etc

there's bascially 1 place up for grabs. I cant see West Brom and Stoke staying up but Hull are safe. Although its gonna be another wasted season, we wont go down. I think Fulham, Bolton will be deep in it. Hopefully Tuesday with Jonas and Barton back in the team, we'll see an improvement. Need Owen back urgently as well. Id even put Charlie in, we need some pace in the midfield. I might not be as confident on Wednesday morning though.

awful dirty mackems v Newcastle United, Saturday 25th October

Would it not be better to stick with the 4-4-2 rather than just randomly change to a completely new system for such a big game? Nope! I'm a tactical genius Taylor as a def medfielder is bad enough, but as a def def midfielder?! ha ha -
dont think there would be any problems with them being brothers to be honest. Im sure this would have beenlooked into before they even made a serious bid never mind being on the verge of completion (if true)

It was on the Setanta Sports News ticker. just now?
-
where's he said that?
-
ive heard it all now. People saying wearing your colours to an away game is stupid. My God, does it get any worse?

2-1 to us. -
Feels like I've said this before (probably have...) but those are very sensible and honest comments from someone who appears to know and can acknowledge his own problems. Let's hope he comes back into some form on the pitch and keeps his head down off it. The words sound right but if he's been sober for 10 months his actions in his brief appearance against Aersenal still looked like the same old story. Heavy reckless challenge followed by a smirk of self-satisfaction. He needs to get his head down and provide some end product rather than be content to be a wrecking ball at Newcastle. Nothing wrong with his behaviour at Arsenal IMO. I don't want him to become a bottling fanny, he may very well go in hard to some challenges. As long as he don't f*** up again outside of the pitch, I want him to be the very same Barton on it. Agreed. Don't think he went over the top at all. The adrenaline from finally playing a game of football after prison must have been at levels most of us will never experience in our lifetimes. Sort of like coming back from the dead. He's saying all the right things at the minute, and I hope he follows through with his words. Welcome back Joe Barton. agreed, people seem to think just because he smiled, he done something wrong! The tackle was fine, and i hope he gets a few more like that in on Saturday.

as the time draws closer, the mackems in the workplace become more confident and more cockey. Just as they were both times last year. "You're shite" they say, "we will beat you easily" they cry... ive never wanted to beat the fuckers more. The more confident they are, the more i want to beat them. -
Will the DOF structure get two clubs relegated in one season?
Elliottman replied to Parky's topic in Football
we wont get relegated. Neither will Spurs. -

anyone actually think he'll start then?

bullshit. Roeder has the charisma of a shelf. He was a pushover and a yes man. He was a very nice bloke, but clearly too soft. Kinnear is the total opposite.
