I've enjoyed this way more than I thought I would. Just superb.

Well my 3 year old now has a new word.

If they got relegated repeatedly to the Vanarama North, I'd still want them to go down again.

Pardew would have just lifted it 25 times himself

Will Osula just constantly looks like he's there as a competition winner.

He's popped into the bookies

Anyone got a link to the official club stream? Can't find it amongst a sea of nonsense on YouTube
-
And when that doesn't happen they'll award themselves the cup anyway.

Christ and I thought I was an old fart being annoyed that all the kids were on coke.

My sister's trick is to wrap a box of wine up as if it's a present, say it's her friend's birthday and they're meeting inside. Nobody's ever asked her to unwrap it.

Mate and I once snuck 14 cans into Durham cricket ground between us. Don't think any were up our rectum though. Top tip is if you're wearing tracksuit bottoms as my mate was, stick one in a sock and stack them up your leg. Down the sleeves of a coat is another good place, can get a few in each one. Relies on fairly lax security searches though!

Eddie Howe - Nominated for Manager of the Season

Of course, that's 2m35 more training than they'd done in about 3 years -
Was probably my favourite non-goal moment of the game. He was going to tie and re-tie those laces for as long as it took for the ref to book him. I was laughing and applauding him during the match.

Actually thinking back hadn't he actually admitted molesting a child to Byrne, and they still kept playing him? Wasn't even just an accusation. -

I know it wasn't on his watch but he managed Sunderland who didn't suspend a player accused of molesting a child. -

He always does fine to start with because got the most part they still remember how to be footballers and professional athletes. It's after he's had them for a year or two that the wheels really fall off. -

What's our average attendance then this year? Aside from the mackems, are the gates big?

Absolutely delighted for him. Nobody will ever have a better week than this. Imagine knowing your life has peaked at 32 though, everything going forward will be like Neil Armstrong after he came back from the moon

1973, gtf. For context, our winning the league in 1927 was closer to their FA Cup win in 1973, than their 1973 win is to Sunday.

'dry' event.... Yeah right. There'll be a LOT of bottles of Fanta getting taken in with the seal already broken.

Yeah you've just got to turn up to "give them a game". Technically it's not an incorrect statement. Also regarding the "It cost them £600m to win a third level cup" bit.... Lads, I've got news for you but it cost me nothing. I didn't pay any of that. Well maybe beyond normal ticket contributions etc, but I certainly haven't been landed with a 9-figure payment demand so that £600m number is not remotely my concern.
