This, he wasn't picking up enough, I thought he was bang average and would throw Tiote straight back in tbh - alternatively I would drop Anita in there
-
You could see the delight on Pards face when the crowd lifted, can't remember if when 2-1 down or at 2-2. And Steven Taylor trying to gee the crowd up half way through. Fantastic game, thought at 2-1 down that was it for us but we just kept going
-
thought he was fantastic yesterday, so hard working and calm with the ball
-
I think we will beat them 2-0
-
No Hazard, Mata and Moses is a massive leveller for us tbh. I can't see them starting Ba on the right. Lampard is still a danger but if we starve their midfield we have a massive chance, their outlets on wing are severely limited. Ba is the danger man really
-
Don't believe we were every in for him, look at our recent history of signing players, nope no English and certainly wouldn't spend 5 mill on him
-
Why would we do that, considering we now have to pay him to be on bench for six months and get nothing for him
-
We need to keep up the pressing we had going on against Villa and try somehow to run over their midfield. Long balls would be a waste of time with Terry/Ivanovic/Cahill and Shola/Cisse/Gouffran won't win a thing. Need to get it on the ground and play through them. Maybe Gouffran right and Marv left this time, we need to turn their central defenders as there ain't much pace there
-
Obertan's looked good this season more often than not. He's a very good option from the bench. On the left he is a better option than Jonas imho. On the right he's often shocking
-
Didnt get their first choice? prob everton

Hope Sammy, Tav and Fergie are sent out now

That's exactly what one of the lads said to him on the phone the other day. Told him that 20 years of friendship was ending here and Danny basically said he couldn't care less, it's a business! Going from 18k to 30k a week is a massive difference and it could be his last chance at his age. He desperately wanted to sign for us until Llambias intervened. Shame really, I think he could have been useful. Ya don't end friendships just because he plays for that team, it's football ffs - might not like the fuckers but I have quite a few mates that are scum fans and haven't ditched them just because they go to watch that.

went to school in Heworth. 100% sunderland territory. Plastic mag, marra. I wouldn't have said Heworth was total mackem territory like. There are a few round Pelaw (My mates) but would say there are a lot more nufc, and he is def nufc, but as you say they will try and rewrite that so that he was a life long scum fan, its a coping mechanism Heworth, Pelaw etc must be at least 90% B&W shirley ? It is, the lads I know round Pelaw/Heworth are mostly mags with 3 mates being Mackems and a couple Man U fans

There was that wonder kid a few years back, the new rooney or some shit - Aaron Spear, where is he now. I think players like Tav and Fergie have been handled wrong also and should have been on season long loans a lot sooner. The one key thing is for Pardew to impress a certain style of play and push it through all the levels and try to produce tactically aware young players that can come in and adapt. There needs to be a clear path to the first team that maybe includes a year on loan in championship / league 1. I just don't believe the talent doesn't exist in this region. It's up to the coaches to develop them

Not sure I understand. Oh well, just keep taking the tablets The UK used to class 100m as 1bn, thats no longer the case for financing terms where we now follow the American rule of a thousand million being 1bn. Ashley's cash count is actually somewhere between £150m and £200m in British sterling, when adjusted it incorrectly adjusts it to an American billion. Fuck off beautiful mind far to complicated that man, even if that was the case, as a percentage he is still worth the same compared to Fernandes, so does not make sense
-
Thought Maddison was rated highly also?

Can't see it being that if QPR have activated it. Why not ? Fernandes is reputed to be worth over $400 million, and he is bankrolling the club. We have a multi billionaire owner, means nothing tbh No we don't, Ashley at most is worth £200m He's worth slightly more than that... http://www.forbes.com/profile/michael-ashley/ Divorced and still worth $2.5 billion, imagine if his wife hadn't taken it all, we may have signed another 10 players for 5 million and a tub of garlic butter Wife only got £50m inc estate value. Getting back together now though last i heard. Bet she spent it all on shoes, whereas he's a saver

We'll fucking ruin him. Look at Vuckic - next big thing to injury prone in 2 years.

Reading are one of these teams that seem to build momentum quite well. They did it in the championship, often starting not to great and then getting the results, yet watching them a few times last season they were horrific but just seemed to get results

They are going to be screwed spending all this money plus the players they are already over paying for, if they go down. Never hated Qpr and certainly don't hate their fans, but Redknapp is a cunt and the owners will destroy the club the way they are going. To not sell anyone and keep bringing in at such a cost is a massive risk.
