expand please He's got great technic , even skillfull I might say ( former LB) , great composure , but sometimes he has some huge lack of concentration that can cost a game , when the team is playing well , he seems to be the best CB in the world , but when he struggle ,when he's in a bad shape , he's a time-bomb and he'll risk us . By classic NUFC recruitment I meant like Marveaux , Ben Arfa , Obertan , huge talent , but you'll never know how they will end up , Cabaye on the other end ... you just know he's gonna be great. Looking at Southampton like other teams, they seem to actually have a tempo and urgency about them something we seem to seriously lack. They also seem capable of moving the ball forward quicker and finding there man quite a bit. We must be slowest team in league when we get the ball and never have any direction

In all honesty though from a first team 11 point of view we are a few players up front and centre half away from matching them - oh and a competent manager to tie it all together Yeah we are pretty far away - they also have young players capable of coming in and doing a job as they are trained and prepared for it by the coaching staff
