I don't understand, wasn't there loads of high profile managers that wanted the job. The media told us so. Truth is unless they have very little self respect noone wants to follow Rafa and put up with the way the club is ran with very rigid transfer rules. It's funny as fuck really, now hoping Bruce does turn it down and they go lower. £100 million that noone can spend because of lack of time / it's only £100 million on paper and won't really be spent.

I think if he is appointed this week and takeover just isn't happening that a lot more fans will walk away. Some will have been waiting to see what happens with takeover but the thought of Bruce coming in will put a lot off, he's utter garbage and has no regard for his own body never mind this football club. 100 million to get a Striker, 2 or 3 centre midfielders, a fullback, a winger and attacking mid in 3-4 weeks and they would have to gel, not a chance. Not even sure what players you get for that money unless you unearth some gems.
