I think Anita is supposed to alter the patterns of play, dropping inside and allowing Janmaat to overlap while playing triangles with 2 defensive mids and attacking mid, with out and out winger the other side and also covering Janmaat runs. Not that I like the idea, but I kind of get it.

We could do with Tiote in centre as he will win that battle and start with Perez and Ritchie or Aarons and Ritchie on wings.

Aarons has to start, he has the pace and dribbling and will get behind where Ritchie won't really. Ritchie offers a different threat so should be one on each wing with Diame in behind striker

If you took the 4 current centre-halves at face value at half-time during the Southampton hammering, he'd have probably been number 4, 3 at a push I just hope we're not expecting too much. Because he had hardly played, honestly i don't why what happened before is relevant at all. He's been fantastic since he came into the side and i'm struggling to understand why it's a gamble. I think it will help him grow and Rafa obviously sees a player that is an influence with the other players and he can trust on the pitch.
