  1. You need to eat a huge slice of humble pie man and shut right up with the ostrich talk, it was always very likely that we would beat an already relegated QPR. Fair play if you could see that coming in December, January, March or April . It's only been a certainty or a 1 in voting terms in the last hour.
  2. Hallelujah....safety guaranteed with a whole match to go. Well done to all of the ostriches who voted 1 all them months ago. Let us hope that we don't have a season like this again.
  3. Yup. Justice was served from a very high point
  4. Fuck Leicester and their cunt fans and their cheating cunt Knockaert
  5. I agree. Seeing as Lampard only really became a regular in 03-04, it doesn't say a lot about him though internationally does it.
  6. Gerrard showed better form for England than Lampard ever has, ironically in the period before Lampard came into the England team, and he was playing with Scholes centrally. I'm with Tooj on this one. Between 2003 and 2006, Lampard was practically carrying England, he was fantastic. Gerrard's never really done that over a sustained time in my eyes. He'll pop up with the odd great game every now and again but he's never matched what Lampard did over that period. You getting ol' Lamps and Rooney mixed up mate?

  8. Fancy swallowing stereotypical media soundbites . The media doesn't really care for us, we don't hail from London or the North West and we once ,many moons ago, had the cheek,as they would call it, or the ambition, as we would, to have a concerted effort of winning the Premiership. They didn't want it to happen then, because the great Manchester United comeback was perfect for them. They still don't like us....they revelled in our relegation and they would do so again, they've slagged even the good sackings we've made ie Gullit, Souness and called us delusional Geordies for wanting success, every time one has been dismissed. Why, I believe there is even a thread on here about said subject.
  9. 1 in 3 over 600 games from a midfielder. Ridiculous I'm not a fan but that is phenomenal. Fair play to him. Pity he couldn't replicate that form for England. Well he's got near enough 1 in 3 for England too if you want to split hairs. Although I know that's not twhat you mean by form.. Keys and Grey claiming he's 'the greatest midfielder of his generation' on their Twitter. Fucking Wumming twats He doesn't have much to his game other than shooting from anywhere. Some go in, some are going anywhere near the target before being deflected in and some fly high or wide. He doesn't beat players like Gazza or split defences with a pass like Hoddle. He ,honestly to me, picks up the ball 25-40 yards out and advances 5-10 yards and shoots. His goal record as I say is fantastic, yet despite that strangely, I find him vastly over rated.
  10. Who gives a flying fuck what people with no tie to Newcastle United think.

    Alan Pardew

I'm not certain he has under achieved this season. I am certain he over achieved last though.
  13. We must be in pole position seeing as our manager is a Vainqueur too.
  14. I think Rafa and Newcastle United could honestly be a match made in heaven.

You'd hope the whole staff would have their minds 100% on Sunday.
  16. So it should be with all the shite on it this season.
  17. He has defended his players through some murky times. I'm thinking Rio and Cantona specifically here. Imagine someone like Souness being faced with the same situations.
  18. Robson ? He was the club captain who played once in a blue moon when Fergie arrived there. It was his dislocated shoulder period. And at first, Fergie wanted him out, as he was the kingpin of the drinking culture that Fergie wanted to get rid of. And did by selling Whiteside and McGrath.

Again this is the long and short of it. And we are also dull as dishwater just to add insult to injury.

    Alan Pardew

I would equate him to Peter Sutcliffe in the fact that we have been fucked by a Hammer.

I pity the self pity .
  22. Handily, he won't be managing Everton in these games. He had the talent at his disposal to win plenty of those games. They just choked all the time. Including from winning positions like in the Cup final vs Chelsea and the Semi vs Liverpool. This year was arguably the worst ever bottle job, at home to Wigan in the Quarters. Whole team shrivelled under the expectation that going to Wembley was a formality and Moyes s*** the bed with a negative team selection. And we can sympathise with you on that score.
  23. Juventus seeing how he is partial to an old lady.
