  1. Never seen anything that indicates Barry is above average either TBH. I appreciate passing footballers but everything he does is just so slow and conservative for no good reason. I just think almost any footballer could do what he does.
  2. Say what? Why do you keep playing up to your thick tag? Firstly, fuck off Secondly, I genuinely don't know what you're talking about. Paul Ince used to play for Wolves? That's as far as I've got.
  3. Jonas has been awful for months? Eh?
  4. With all due respect to Beardo, he does have a rep as a training ground mentalist as well.
  5. Don't think it's that bad a squad like, barring mysteries like picking Downing and Barry.
  6. Why do you disagree with Rooney TT? Just because of the ban situation?
  7. What a f***ing Moronic sentence. You might say that but look at your avatar picture! Speaks for itself, keep loving your poster boy. You're an idiot. Why? Because I don't knock one out over Ben Arfa? I apologise to you if I upset you over my comments of your poster boy, but I just can't get that excited!! Stop it man.
  8. To be honest, I want HBA to play because he's a brilliant exciting player and the sort of player I watch the sport to see play. Yes, I want the team to win and I'm grateful for what we've done this season, but I'm still disappointed that such a talent hasn't been utilised (yet). I can kind of understand why Pardew is opting for "if it ain't broke don't fix it", but as a fan it's a bit of shame.
  9. Does nobody else think Campbell's a good player? He hasn't played enough this season obviously, but he's one for the near future so I'd say his callup isn't totally ridiculous.
  10. Ben arfa on par with shola. f***ing ace. i think its an elaborate trolling comment, has to be! It is if you choose to read it like an obsessive just waiting for any chance to have a go. All he does is mention two players in the same sentence FFS.
  11. I think it's slightly different when you could be super-rich and achieve some worthwhile career goals by signing for a good club in a decent league, but decide to become super-mega-rich by going to Russia and live in a secure compound manned by armed security. Either way they'll be set for life, it's just weird that the greed is such that they would opt for a complete non-team. Not saying I would be able to turn it down, but I'd like to think I would.
  12. Seems so weird to sack Mick now without a replacement, when they've put up with battling relegation for so long previously.
  13. There aren't any alternatives to Simpson though, Raylor is an abortion at fullback.
  14. Most games you get zero freekicks within shooting distance, and even the best players only score about 1 in 10, if that. Freekicks aren't really a reason to prefer any player.

  16. Same really. It's a decent squad for me, it's mainly the midfield that's a bit disappointing. Downing, Milner and Walcott would be nowhere near my team. I think Frazier Campbell is potentially very very good, so much depends on keeping his fitness for the next couple of years though.
  17. Zero ignorance shown here, he's shit Thirded, mystifying.
  18. He is class and will become a great player, but he's also only played 61 minutes of football in 2012. True, but I don't think it's worth picking another random Englishman who doesn't have an international future based on that. Obviously there should be a balance between form and long-term planning, but I would lean towards building a team for the long term.
  19. Things is, Cleverly is class and will likely by England's starting CM for years to come. So I can see why it makes sense to put him in. Campbell is a harder one, he could be brilliant but he needs to prove his fitness over the longer term.
  20. Presumably this is why Mick lasted so long in the first place. They're a pretty shit club heading for a relegation, it's going to be difficult to get a quality manager... especially if they want someone who's already proven.
  21. If Cabaye is a bit burned out I would go with Guthrie, but otherwise it's got to be the handsome duo back in the team.
