I really like Diaby, as a leggy person myself I respect his style of play. He should probably drop down to a mid-table club and play every week, would be a shame for his career to fizzle out.

I've never really given Zog a second thought since he left, but now there's seems to be a possibility of getting him back I'd like to see it happen.

The thing I don't understand about deals like Henderson (and to a certain extent Carroll) is what is going on with these clubs who think that buying Jordan Henderson for £20m is their best available option? What about their scouting and youth development networks? These players are basically promising young lads who have achieved nothing, being bought and sold for mega transfer fees. Not sure what my point is really, but it seems weird. Surely Liverpool should already have 3 or 4 Jordan Hendersons in their development squads.

FWIW I wasn't saying we should sign Clichy, I was just saying he's a decent player, and certainly not as bad as people seem to be saying on here. It wasn't that long ago he was considered to be giving Evra a run for his money as the best LB in the league.
