  1. You forgot to mention he was worse than Andy Carroll.
  2. or normal Durham folk too perhaps? He's not getting in a car with filthy commoners.
  3. Swansea isn't good enough for him you mean.

    Alan Pardew

Was it? Who gave that reason?
  5. Are there any sources for the Liverpool link? The latest news I read was that we were "winning the race".
  6. Yep, I'm interested to see how he does with Ben Arfa back in the squad and when Marvelous Marveaux arrives. Still think providing balance on the right is what helps him a lot though.
  7. Modric is doing alright in England at the moment, so is Wilshere, both tiny little mofos.
  8. I don't really care that much about the track either way, although it would be more true to an Olympic legacy to use it for athletics. It was Spurs moving away from Tottenham that was the craziest thing.
  9. Anyone taking up a relegation place is great news for me, I really like Hughton but if he didn't win a game this season I wouldn't be disappointed.
  10. Not if we brought in the Afellays and Ben Arfas We've already done one of those!
  11. So if we sold Jonas for 8 million nobody would slate Ashley for making us a "selling club"?
  12. Amazing that anyone can genuinely believe Kuqi is a replacement for Carroll TBH.
  13. I heard 68k per week. At least £35k, or maybe 20.
  14. Come on man, it's just a body to fill in if needed. I know he's not a great player, but it's hardly a 'massive step backwards'. Andy Carrol => Shefki Kuqi Yeah no step backwards there I guess you're being awkward on purpose, but anyway... Kuqi obviously isn't a replacement for Carroll. He's just a body to help us out if needed until the summer. Obviously we would have ideally got a proper replacement for Carroll in Jan, but it didn't happen for various reasons.
  15. Good luck to Hughton, but I hope he takes them down TBH. Nothing personal, I just hope all the teams below us keep losing.

  17. They didn't want it though, did they? I thought they objected in principle to playing in a stadium with a track.
  18. There's nothing in that announcement that says he'll be wearing 9.
  19. This isn't a final decision though, right? I guess now the Olympic bosses are behind WH they should get the nod though.
  20. It was the last bit that did it for me.
  21. Obviously he isn't coming to replace Carroll, what a moronic comment.
  22. Great decision, to move Tottenham from north London and tear down the stadium to replace it would have been absolute madness.
