He gets knocked down, but he gets up again. Ain't never gonna keep him down.

Same, I've had this discussion with people at work that I think Woodgate is the best CB I've actually seen play in the flesh. He still seems underrated by fans of other clubs, maybe his fitness is the reason. Still, pointless having a great player that's never fit, we've been down that road many times before.
-
If we did sign a CB, it would need to be someone clearly better than Williamson and Taylor, not a backup IMO.
-
Love him when he first signed because we hadn't had a decent fullback for ages. Second season was a bit poor, then I haven't given him a minute's thought since he left.
-
Lovely posing from Robinho there as well.
-
At the moment I don't see any reason to change Willicinni, it's doing well. We'll need Taylor at some point anyway.
-
He has Leon Best working on his concentration and reaction times as well, which is good to hear.
-
Keep forgetting he's only 24. I'll always have a soft spot for him because last time I was sitting near the exec boxes he was in there dressed in total gangster attire, but leaning against the door frame in a camp manner sipping a cup of tea with a saucer. He's cold as ice.

Europe: would you take, er, 5th place right now?
AyeDubbleYoo replied to kirkwdavis2001's topic in Football
I'm not that excited about the Europa League for some reason, even though it would be a great achievement. Still only thinking about the league this season though, we just need to keep picking up points and see where the chips fall. -
freddo92 commented: it is a great shame that gennaro gattuso is a terrible player who is old, small, weak and has a shit shot. Joe Jordan would absolutey smash the daft cock. 14 mins ago

Really rate the D Man now, maybe because I thought he was so terrible when he first joined, and he seems a level-headed guy as well. You don't get picked up by Man Utd as a kid for nothing... hopefully he keeps improving.
-
He deserves respect for being the reason for that smilie alone. His footballing ability is just a bonus after that.

No booking tonight either, schweet.

How much will we spend this summer (should we stay up :))? NET

Owner/Chairman A + Manager B + transfer spend > Owner/Chairman A + Manager B - transfer spend It's not aerospace engineering. Assuming the transfer spend goes on players that improves us, I agree. And assuming that improvement leads to enough success to sustain the spending. But that was the point I already made, I guess you were simplifying the position on purpose to be condescending. -
and you make that conclusion based on? That's all that anyone is talking about. I don't believe it myself, I was explaining why all the player threads are now about Mike Ashley.

Small cocks? -
I wouldn't have raised it except I thought it was funny that you'd used a word and then defined it for us!
-
There's no such word as tacid I'm afraid. Thanks for the definition though! really? My bis teacher just thought me this morning abot it and how it's usefull in business. Maybe he prounced it wrong or somethin though. At the risk of sounding even more stupid ill leave it there Tacit: Silent: implied by or inferred from actions or statements; "gave silent consent"; "a tacit agreement"; "the understood provisos of a custody agreement" wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn Tacit knowledge (as opposed to formal or explicit knowledge) is knowledge that is difficult to transfer to another person by means of writing it down or verbalizing it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tacit
