We don’t really know that he doesn’t score goals from his correct position, do we? He’s barely ever played there.

He does tackle though.

I do think we should have got rid of Jones, but we don’t know for sure how much he’s influencing things.

The only thing I find weird is some of the selections. If he’s been watching and preparing for the job, you’d think he would know that people like Krafth are massive liabilities. And that Shelvey and Willock don’t have the legs for a two-man midfield. Early days though obviously, maybe he just believed he could improve them with coaching. Maybe he can.

Well I mean, nobody can guarantee the future. It’s by no means certain we’ll come straight back up, so there’s 2. Just an estimate.

I am worried about his health TBF.

The problem with relegation in just the lost time. It could easily take 2-3 seasons to get back up.

Worrying thing is there aren’t any really bad teams this season. Norwich could have scored 3 or 4 today if Pukki had the right boots on.

He was really weak today, looked tired and unable to compete. Saying that, he didn’t get many sniffs of the ball.

That’s really only if you believe we can only beat bad teams. And if you believe that, we could go down even if we beat those two. It would be a massive boost though, don’t get me wrong.

Not sure there’s ever been a PL team that have invested so little over such a long time. Or if they did, they got relegated in season 2 and were never seen again. We’ve somehow maintained a championship squad in the PL for a few years now. Problem is that every other team is decent these days.

It could be unlucky for us if Howe is attached to Richie. Hopefully he’s better than that.

You need at least one of cover and strength in wide areas or CMs who are tasked to get over and help. We have none of those. That said, it’s not like they had hundreds of good chances, but they only really needed a couple.

Fair, but I just think being so comprehensively outplayed will knock them a bit. If we can only beat Norwich and a couple of other shite teams, we’ll definitely go down.

I don’t mind the general approach of defence, but the players we have are inevitably going to concede at least 1 or 2 against Arsenal. Not sure what the plan with the ball was though, we’ve just been unable to do anything. Missing Richie and Lascelles might actually help.
