HAHA Darren I think he's called, what a complete cunt! not that I want to slag anyone off who cannot defend themselves but he has been doing it for at least 14yrs as I used to get on the bus at the bus stop right outside of the bookies at the bottom of chester where they all would stand round strange fella must fit in well with the rest of them.

Ba & Best to start for me if we have any chance and give 30 mins to Sammy to replace whoever looks most tired.

simpson has been excellent today

partly want him to take his time and come back 100% and part of me doesnt wanna wrap the fucker in cotton wool when he is fit stick him back in our system of play seems to be lacking him in it and for now we are stuck with square pegs in round holes

As things stand unless there are multiple stand out performances from a few of the newbies then i see it as position = to last mid table 8/9/10 positions only currently possibly based on results from those around us going our way.

6/10 for me we have added to the squad with younger players but this in itself is the gamble as the players we have brought in are all "wild cards" in the sense that they may not do the stuff in this league and while unlike in the past it wont be a costly mistake finance wise (as we have spending next to fuck all and we are led to believe we dont give out crazy wages anymore) we still have not invested enough into the playing side of things. While the catch 22 of not having a big squad is that the kids (and we have some good ones on the books) get a chance we also leave ourselves with shite on the bench that at some point will still play. Cannot be rated a failure as we got players in but they are probably not of enough quantity and quality for us to push on any further this season (unless they prove me wrong in 35 mins or spend a shit load in jan hahahahaha)

most of the liverpool team surely?

every time i see this bumped (especially now) i pray that its a link to see him move on as happy as Iam we have people who appear to be ahead of him I would rather never see him pull on the shirt again in any capacity

they still hold the record for lowest points total in the prem ever dont they?
-
would rather throw a pair of football boots on the pitch and no doubt they would be involved in more positive play than him simply awful.

for all the wrong reasons unfortunately

over reaction from Joey = bad but violent conduct to a player = bad deserved to be sent off if there was intent to lash out

in what respect Dave? that he is hinting he needs someone of more quality to play along side him? that he is one of the people who have privately said that he is unhappy about the investment (or maybe as part of his duty as captain representing the team) or somthing else? In that Colo is the new club captain, and as such is probably the least sellable of our key players (in theory...). The other day Pardew mentioned that some of the squad were getting restless and wanting new players through the door, him now specifying Coloccini is a deliberate effort to place more pressure on Ashley/Llambias IMO. the risk with putting pressure on the board or mentioning timescales again (for about the 100th time) is that when it fails and there is no movement its him as a manager that gets more pressure put on himself. If your theory is correct it is worrying that he is now having to publically hint for movement in terms of transfers as other avenues have possibly fallen on deaf ears.

we keep saying we want bodies in so we dont fall back on ryan taylor, smith etc when everyone is out if he is better than them (is he I dont know?) if he is then great they move further down the pecking order and if not I really hope he wasnt plan Z
-
if true just under 1/3 last season really isnt good enough but risk free if they are loaning him
-
Same question as before, who would he replace in our XI to get this run of games? not that I actually think this just getting my brain in gear before bed back up for marv when out? impact sub when jonas is struggling?

really ? I have 0% faith in the board or management of the club and not just because of Joey Barton. If the manager had decided that Barton wasn't needed and had bought in his replacement and then transfer listed Barton we wouldn't be talking about Newcastle United football club. the management and signing of tiote and ben arfa gives me that smidge of faith but I agree what your saying we do tend to always do things arse over tit but Barton has been forcing the clubs hands for months now no one has rushed out to take him cutting losses seems to have been the course of action the club has taken (the involvement of the manager is all this is probably just as debateable). this has been sai time and time again that no one player is newcastle united newcastle united the club will be around long after (we hope) get rid and move on. Charlton are a league 1 club, they banned all their players from social networking sites I believe. Is it really that hard for us to do the same ? If they don't listen you fine them, if they still don't listen you then follow the next step in your clubs disciplinary rules. It's not so hard, makes you look like a professionally run organisation and helps keep you out of the press for the wrong reasons. maybe Ashley still believes the business/celebrity mantra that no publicity is bad publicity lol no seriously your thought process involves logic and clear thought we already know that the club isnt ran this way its reactionary gut instinct stuff that usually ends up in mistakes being made. I keep going back to the thought that the club has had its hands tied over this the club letting him get away with it = you loose as the club look weak and the player looks like he runs the roost. The club fine him errm i dont think he cares and i dont think it would stop him. The club could transfer list him... welll as has already been mentioned no one seems to be rushing to get him and we already know he has a high opinion of himself and wouldnt just go to anyone. If he doesnt move on then he is allowed to carry on with the club as the rotten apple for another year. I think what I am trying to say is that there is no good way of doing things and in the mean time the fans suffer but Joey still gets his pay so I have no sympathy for him what so ever.

best would be some stand out perfromances of the new lads finishing between 8-10th worst- the new lads dont settle we have ameobi as our main striker all season on his own as everyone else is injured and we spend all season in the bottom 3 or there abouts only just managing the scrape the last place to stay safe.

I think IF the club signed someone as a comparable/better player to replace JB I dont think there would be half as much of an up roar, as most of us now has 5% faith in the management of the club we all worry it will be the kids being asked (used as a reason to say we dont need a replacement) and leaving the squad down a player.

putting an end to it is the only right thing they have done, how they have done it and the timing of it has all been probably wrong but at the end of the day he was becomming a rotten apple that could only end up spreading a negative influence rather than rallying the troops.
