Also trying to sell Babayaro

Viduka In Barton nearly in - all agreed Parker to West Ham Ben Haim and Rozenhal expected this week
-
Surely needs to be given a season with a competant strike partner before we can judge.

Good, no real loss to the team.
-
Or if everyone isn't listening he'll still drone on and on. Deluded Sh*t.
-
The really encouraging thing also is that Viduka cites Big Sam as winning him over. http://edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport.cfm?id=897392007 Certainly not something Roeder did with Woodgate.
-
His name isn't Harry Kewell. We really don't need Zenden, he's awful! Surprises me how he has had such a good career, I have never understood what people see in him. Kewell is another one I wouldn't want to see

Misguided diatribe
-
This sounds positive. He must have a very good chance of getting him to be talking like that. Great if he can this pace of transfer activity up.
-
He sounds very clear on this. Good news, especially if we can get one more to cover for Owen and displace Shola.
-
I felt that he was a good appointment for us at the time. I knew he would be a vast improvement on the previous two. More than anything I have been impressed with deceiciveness and assurrance in the way he seems to be embarking on transfers and the way he talks about players or decisions. Lets wait to see them playing though.
-
I hope this doesn't become a reality, I really don't rate him.
-
Butt for me, really liked his attitude last year.
-
Owen to stay. When fit is far more consistent that Martins. I can't help but agree with most that neither will go. The signing of Viduka will provide a really effective partnership for either owen or Martins, I can't see the two of them being effective as a partnership.
-
Agree with much that is said here. He has never really fitted into a set position and this could be the one for him. He would certainly have the 'engine' to function like a modern full back, lets hope he has the defensive attributes.
-
What is happening with the takeover at Citeh. It seems to have been going on for ever. Has the Thai guy submitted a bid to the board?
-
Completely agree, poor organisation, but Liverpool fans have got to take alot of responsibility here. The knock effect for all British fans in europe will be seriously tarnished.
-
After the year he has had, I would be surprised if he wasn't depressed.
-
Excellent for us in that fixture next season.
-
"His replacement is Joey Bartona very committed player for Newcastle even if last season wasn’t his best at Newcastle. Barton of course comes with a terrible record of anger and woe from Manchester City – who seem only too willing to dump him. " from http://nufcblog.com/allardyce-forces-parker-out-as-barton-moves-in/ Interesting continental player we have coming in! Hillarious description of his problems.
-
Would be a vast improvement on the current chairman, with the added advantage that it would really aanoy Arsenal fans.
-
His contribution was greatly apreciated last season. Doesn't bode well for Boltons ambitions though. Good luck to him anyway.
-
I agree, it would be good to see him back in the premiership, if only for his post match interviews. Good appointment for Citeh too if it happens.
