I'd really like an athletic type with colo, we frequently get caught out by balls over the top, we've got no pace in the middle. You need your fullbacks to have pace for this when 1 goes forward one needs to stop back so they can cut exactly this out.

Debuchy will be excellent and will tighten up our defence, Marveaux will continue to improve and become a key player, Pardew will get the sack for being shite, Remy will be good but probably not score all that many goals maybe 5/6 till end of season but all round will improve the team.

TBH this season I've felt similar, I'm not as interested in our games as I cant be arsed to be pissed off, if we had a shit side and we played shit fair enough, we've got a good enough squad to be much higher than we are and tbf I don't think any game we've won this season we've actually deserved to more sheer luck. Pardew needs to go, its clear we did well last season because we shocked people with how good our players are. Our players are just as good but have no direction, you get good individual performances but bollocks as a team. IF we take the lead they are ordered to sit back and defend instead of pushing. We'll always score goals because we have outstanding attackers, we also have outstanding defenders but defence isn't about a spark of brilliance, its about disciplined game plans which we do not have.

It's ridiculous, we have some highly talented players who even when they deliver doesnt mean we win because the second we take the lead its backs to the wall long ball bollocks, if we lose the lead and go behind the players are so fking demoralised cause in their minds and rightly so they are playing well, yet again they are being destroyed by counter attacks.
