The only questionable things they have done are leaking the Emery interview, failing to sign another forward(but they were fucked around and I think they'll learn from that) and possibly rushing into signing Wood at that price though, even though he hasn't scored we probably would have less points without an actual striker so it's hard to point the finger really.

I don't think his hold up play has been that great since he joined us. I think he is playing as instructed by our manager which is a lot deeper than he normally would play. I am not trying to say he has been stellar or anything but he is contributing to our overall play to the detriment of his own game.

That's not how he is being employed, he is playing quite deep. Yes he is a striker and he should score but I can't believe the idiocy of people some times. I trust my opinion and that of people who actually watch the way our team play. Who do you want to drop him for? We seem to be doing quite well.

Are you unhappy with Wood's performance, I can see why people might if they watch highlights be but we have 10 points out of 12 since he joined. He Hasn't scored but him being in the side and a focal point but also dropping towards the left mostly, especially against everton meant that they were not able to double up on ASM.

How do you rate Chris Woods impact since he joined out of interest?

They will know by now but they don't need to make a statement and probably don't have the right people on hand to make such a statement a 5 hours after a victory.
