We are clearly fucked at the moment, unable to move, with owners who want to continue to invest, no debt, but kept in our place by both PSR and the European wages one, whatever it is called. We should be absolutely buzzing after the last few seasons but instead it feels really flat. Like we're being held back. I get the need for some form of financial control but the current set up is just so anti-competitive, it is untrue. Can't compete until you're earning the mega money. Can't earn the mega money until you can compete. So it becomes about the odd season maybe qualifying for the CL, but otherwise being held back.
