Someone mentioned it on another post but the fact he’s going overseas is great. Would’ve felt bitterness had he went to Liverpool or somewhere. Even despite his behaviour, if the rat had ended up at Barcelona I’d have been able to wish him somewhat well.

Other risk is he gets injured and we are stuck with him, although I do see your point. Glad it’s done and dusted early doors tbh.

Mad how he’s got a move to Barca, don’t think he’s that level. Not really “elite” at anything. I do remember listening to Hope on a podcast not long after he signed, he was saying the club thought his pace gave him potential to be an elite player. Best of luck to him I say.
