Just seen a stat there. Since Howe came in we have played 50 away games against the current top 12 and have only won 6. As much as SJP has been a fortress, that away form is simply nowhere near good enough. Since we abandoned our “street wise” approach we have been a complete soft touch. Last night felt like we were turning a corner after PSG midweek which was close to being up there with Feyenoord as one of the great European nights in our recent history, but after the goal we capitulated. Huge improvement needed if we are to become European regulars.

Absolutely this. We need to sign players that will come in and improve us as well. The way Bruno did when he came in.
