I remember the infamous yellow custard kit getting released in 2010, everyone saying it was pua liften, worst kit ever etc. I recall similar when the 2012 home kit (Cissa and Ba) was released. If we do well in the kit it’ll be looked back on fondly I’m sure.

Home would be acceptable if the back was also striped. If the regulations mean you can’t have a striped back, don’t have a design as radge as that. Utter wank. I actually mind the front as well but it’s completely ruined it.

I have doubts as to whether Howe is the man to take us forward but what he has done for the club, the fans and the players is astronomical. I left the ground angrier after the derby than I have probably since the Pardew days. It’s a huge game, maybe not in the context of final positions in the league, but it’s still massive. It wasn’t even just that we lost, but the manner of it. Both of them were a disgrace. Redemption time next season.

Honestly, no idea what to expect. Feels like we are in uncharted territory somewhat given that the club have made noises about changing our approach re recruitment. Clearly they will be using data more with that Sugs mush coming in. I would like to think we will see evolution in our style. Not sure I can be arsed with more of the same next season, where teams give us the ball knowing we can do fuck all with it. Be interesting to see how it all pans out, but as I said the other day I’m unsure if Howe will get away with another slow start next season.

After the way he treated Howe, his team mates, the fans and disrespected the club in general, there’s not a fucking chance. He is 27 in September which should be his golden years. Hopefully his struggles continue and that groin injury continues.
