What actually happened at Kilburn to spark this discussion? Was there bother? I didn’t see any bother in my time there. All of the genuine Man United fans I encountered were absolutely sound, one absolute prick in the pub we watched it in (The Court on Tottenham Court Road) but that’s it. Got talking to a bloke in Toon on Monday who said some Mancs at the hotel were acting the cunt and offered his mate a fight, his mate ended up hurting the lad quite badly to the point the Police hadn’t let him out yet.

Genuinely baffles me that they post pictures of some sunday league player of theirs lifting the Papa John’s Trophy in an empty Wembley Stadium and use it as something to beat us with. They’re small time as fuck.

I agree, the backslapping our fans do is embarrassing when the atmosphere is so stale. What I will say is all the Mancs I’ve spoken to this weekend have been spot on. Good banter with them in Euston this morning, back and forth chanting but then a hand shame on the way out. Class. A few of their plastics in the pub we watched it in weren’t so good, one of them stood on a table with his finger in his lugs after their goal. A few didn’t take kindly to that as you’d expect. Shite outcome but had a good weekend nonetheless. We’ll win it next time.
