Absolutely this. And unfortunately Pope seems to have become a bit of a liability in the parts of his game that were strong. Conceded some soft goals this season imo. Problem is I don’t think there’s too many top keepers around nowadays.

I feel as though he was a lazy signing. He was decent on loan and it was rumoured we were after that lad who Forest signed from Atletico. There was a couple of weeks between the season ending and us signing Targett, and the consensus was that we wanted someone a bit more attack minded. Was as if we just wanted to get someone in early doors and at a decent enough fee, which is fair enough.

Don’t think Spurs are great at all. We were shite against them at home and they still found a way to lose the game. Think our trophy drought ends if we get through and play them. Liverpool will find a way to beat us. Never beat them under Howe, hardly beat them at all over the years. Cannot see Spurs getting through mind.
