  1. HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. Record away win in English top division: Newcastle United 1-9 Sunderland A.F.C. (First Division, 5 December 1908) Geremi and Smith in the middle, we could break our record tonight
  3. Not much of an article, but seriously, our owner must be the only person in the world who can't see it.
  4. looks like NUSC just got http://narkz.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/.pond/pwned_cat1.jpg.w300h275.jpg If that's the guy the choose as their representative, I have to say I'm not exactly brimming with confidence for their leadership.

    I Feel Sick

I'm sure we always put a smile on his face when he bums us in the arse.
  6. needs to play up front. Seems pretty shit on the wings. Would need to see more but so far I think he's worth a contract. My opinion might change after Man U's defense tears him a new one tomorrow.
  7. Just thought of an interesting question. Who's the best player to have absolutely no footballing brain whatsoever?
  8. Good point, I forgot he was still here. Is he injured? If he's not getting a look in with the seniors he should at least be getting some reserve matches shouldn't he? (ah, the Xisco conundrum again...)
  9. In another lovely statistic, Rooney has scored 9 goals in his 10 appearances against us in a Man U shirt. But cheer up lads, Ronaldo only has 6 in 10. In other happy news, Obafemi Martins is the only player currently on our books to have ever scored against Manchester United for us. He has a grand total of 1.
  10. Remember Arsenal at home last season? We were at Allardyce's low point but out of no where turned out a fighting performance and nicked the draw despite having gone one down early. Alan Smith had his best game (probably his only good game period) in a toon shirt. Maybe it could happen again tomorrow. Maybe.
  11. The Spanish league just seems more fun because you're watching Barca or Real all the time. When you watch the Premiership, you're forced to watch Newcastle
  12. All this means is that we're seeing Geremi and/or Smith in the middle of the park for the foreseeable future.
  13. It'll also be funny if they expect to be invited to the next meeting after this writeup
  14. As far as I can tell, Llambias and NUSC were made for each other. Must be like looking at a mirror.

    Souness

If we are relegated, Souness will have been one of the main culprits despite the fact that he is now almost 5 years removed from the club.
  16. It's really hard to trust management that thinks Shola Ameobi is a good striker and Joe Kinnear is a good football manager.

    Jonas Gutierrez

Jenas starts for England. Lets not go down the international so must therefore be a top player route. He may start for Argentina but he doesn't STAR for them... pretty much how he plays for us. he starts but doesn't shine. Unless you're one of those fans who looks at his work rate and his trickery on the ball to evade markers as shininge xamples of outstanding play and contribution. I don't, I value my players being able to do good things on the ball in key areas which Jonas struggles with and its starting to effect the team. Jenas would start every single week for us if he was here.

    Jonas Gutierrez

Guys, he starts for Argentina. To be blunt, do you think we have any remote chance of getting anybody better for the foreseeable future?

    Jonas Gutierrez

If he can't cross the ball, hit the target, provide a goal threat or get his passing right then how is he not a problem? He isn't the biggest problem, not by far, but in attacking sense if your wide man can't cross, shoot or pass too well, then he's basically useless as a goal threat. But he works hard and does these fancy little tricks to evade a player at the half-way line. Did just fine picking out Guiza with his passes at Mallorca. He has decent floor-passing ability running in from deep, but it's completely useless when he has to work with zero central midfield support and zero intelligent strikers. All he can do is run into blind allies.
  20. Nah, doesn't really do that either
