Aside from the fact that the odds of this going through are about as likely as Wales winning Euro 2008... Come on, some people here actually think loaning Sheva would be a BAD idea? You should also consider that we have the benefit of being in the Premiership, which is in recent years at least considered a more attractive place to play in than the Bundesliga. IMO, Even considering Hamburg's history, mediocre premiership club>mediocre Bundesliga club is what most players would think.

No, get your facts straight. Most of the posts here have said we were the better side, but that as the better side we cannot even win at home to them in the league. That causes worry. Does it not worry you? Do you even sodding care? No idea what's got your panties in a knot mate. All I'm saying is that I don't like the tone of a lot of the posts that are going up these days. I'm sick of this negativity. Apparently some of us have now been reduced to considering every player on our team as shite, every member of the backroom team as incompetent. Every win is a fluke, and we're "played off the pitch" in every match. I can't believe a significant minority actually thinks we were the worse side against Charlton. Sure, we've got an arse for a chairman, some coaching issues, and we're on a pretty bad run. Do you honestly trust Roeder's assessment of (his own) players? =P Honestly? I trust his assessment of the players more than that of anyone on internet message boards. No matter how incompetent he is, he has the advantage of seeing the players day in and day out, and should have a significantly better tactical IQ than the average fan just as a result of having been in the business so long. If Luque had a prayer of being any good on the pitch, then I'm sure Roeder would have tried him out at the very least. (Assuming they haven't had some sort of falling out.) I'm not exactly Roeder's biggest fan, but I trust his judgement as far as squad matters go.
