you wouldn't know a board with zero ambition if it hit you in the head with a pickaxe. You are better off sticking to toontastic with all the other idiots that agree with your nonsensical, idealistic views. I am glad I wasn't as stupid and deluded as you when I was 16. I'm actually surprised you haven't gone after a lot more of the threads that are coming up today. Plenty of opportunities to defend the Shepherd and co. all over the board right now.

Well, that's probably because they're *gasp* English. I'm not as bothered about the bias as I am about their general stupidity.

I take it this is a joke? Bramble is s***. But ask yourself, are Taylor, Huntington, Ramage, or Oneywu better? yes, taylor and gooch are better! Taylor is just as mistake prone as Bramble. To be completely honest, I think a lot of it gets covered up because of his (admittedly admirable) work ethic and the fact that he's a Geordie. Thankfully, he's still young, so he's got a shot to improve. Gooch, from what he's shown us so far, is no better than Bramble. Again, I sincerely hope he'll get better once he gets a permanent deal and settles down in England, but for now that's the truth.

I think we should just bite the bullet and do it now when we probably couldn't get any quality European managers anyway. At worst, he's a very good man-manager and disciplinarian with questionable tactical skills. That's loads better than Roeder, an OK man-manager and disciplinarian with utter dog**** tactical skills. Who knows, he may even come good. Considering that a Shearer appointment is inevitable at some point down the road, we may as well try now.
-
Not only is he not good enough, but from what I can garner from this panicked blathering, he's also pretty much broken psychologically now.
-
The thing is, Taylor or Oneywu are just as mistake prone as Bramble is. They just get less flak for it. And TItus's all-around game when he's actually playing well is better than either of them. I'm not saying that Titus is good enough to be wearing the shirt or anything, but that's just the sad state that our squad is in. At least Taylor has the excuse of being young. you're judging Onweyu's few games against brambles years of s*** performances? What else am I supposed to judge him on? You don't need to watch somebody for a hundred matches just to get a feel for what sort of player he is. I'm not even saying that we need to get rid immediately or anything. Oneywu's amazing physical abilities may come to be an asset eventually, but as for now he's certainly no better than Bramble. Would certainly like to be proved wrong.

I'll be in Newcastle for the Man City home game. Suddenly this just started feeling a lot less exciting. Lol, well at least it looks like I won't have to worry about getting tickets.

Titus was **** tonight. But he's still our best defender. Fact. Oh great, I'm going to start crying again.

No judgement on the lad. He had an utter shocker, yes. But he was young, inexperienced, and stuck in a pressure-loaded away tie in a very, very hostile stadium by his fool of a manager. Let's show some support for him. I don't know if he's going to be good enough or not, but surely nobody want's to see any potential he has wasted because this game causes him to lose all his confidence.

Brilliant. Utter genius. We truly have a great manager. ...Somebody tell me if I'm getting close to spamming btw

My god, that woman has four....

Do we actually even have the trophy/beer tap or did they just give us the certificate?

To think I was smiling just a few hours ago, looking at flights to Glasgow. Just thinking about that brought a tear to my eye.

I'm seriously starting to think there's some sort of Irish connection on the squad that's forcing Roeder to keep picking Carr and Duff when they're so obviously s****, like what the Brazilian's supposedly have in Barca. (Then again, they can actually play football.) Is it Shay using his clout to look out for his mates you think? Just a conspiracy, but I think it's possible.

These Spurs fans deserve to get banned just for replying to this ****ing topic post-match and bringing it to the top of the list. Seriously, how long are we going to tolerate rampant WUMs like this on our board?
-
Aye, there's nowt we can do about it and tonight has set in stone for me the fact that it's a complete waste of time spilling your guts about an NUFC performance on a message board. If people feel that strongly about things then we should be taking some sort of action, no matter on what sort of level, to do something that makes a difference. It's a complete waste to whinge and moan after every single bad performance from a football team, other than to get things off your chest. I'm all for debating why things are happening and why things go wrong, but to be anything other than frustrated about it is starting to feel daft. I do appreciate that people need an outlet, though, but the apathy is starting to strangle me. Funny, that's exactly why I post here. If I wanted deep, engaging debate, I'd be going to class. Nothing wrong with some general ranting and commiserating after such a miserable night. Isn't that the whole point of reaching out to other fans?

Indeed. This anti-Parker bullshit is beyond a joke now. I'm actually amazed that it took this long for people to stake the blame on Parker. If you thought the worst thing on our pitch today was Scott Parker, you're either blind or just going out of your way to piss on the captain of your own club. Well, at least the Parker-haters are consistent. More than I can say for NUFC.

I understand that no high-profile managers want to come here, which is why I used to think that we might as well trust Roeder, since he's what we're stuck with. But not anymore. ANYONE would be better than Roeder. ****, Fat Fred stepping up as Chairman/Manager would be ****ing better than Roeder. I don't care if you have to make Clarkie caretaker. Just get him out the door. We don't need to go looking for an awsome replacement who wil take us back to the top 4. Just run out and find any random competent bloke.
-
best player we had on the pitch by a mile and a half. why he ever, ever gets to take deadballs over solano I'll never know though. He's been skying them all season.
-
I'm a ****ing kneejerking piece of **** and I'm proud of it. ROEDER get the **** OUT!!
-
****. **** this. **** all my usual "don't be negative" or "it's not Glenn's fault" ****. Roeder is ****. Most of our squad is ****. ****ing ashamed to be supporting this ****ing group of ****s with their **** manager. The whole world can just **** off for all I care. **** **** **** **** **** **** **** football.

I'm not even sure what sort of twisted pleasure he garners from posting this here and getting his a** kicked. Masochist much?

There was some talk that the prize money was funded by the moonies, if I recall correctly It's not just talk. The moonies do front the prize money for the competition. In fact, they're also the main sponsor for Sungnam Ilhwa, one of the teams in the competition and arguably the most successful club in Korea.
