Was about to lose something today (had another 80 € on Inter) untill I decided to put money on Real to score next goal in 70th minute - they scored a minute later. +/- 0 today.
-
Despite the shit odds - massive amount on Real to win tonight. Jose will do it. Edit: And 70 € on Inter/Real double.

Fucking difficult to predict those 2 CL games today.

Owen was asked if footballer read the papers: He certainly didn't read the papers after scoring that goal against Man City some time back http://cache1.asset-cache.net/xc/90999533.jpg?v=1&c=NewsMaker&k=2&d=77BFBA49EF878921CC759DF4EBAC47D0F384740CAF1A6DBE064A6E8253CF4FD65F8042750CB31464

Nani for me.

If Smith only could try to play like Beckham and not only try to look like him... http://cache4.asset-cache.net/xc/89985956.jpg?v=1&c=NewsMaker&k=2&d=77BFBA49EF878921CC759DF4EBAC47D0C9CA6F1441B84C774391091B2C332D53DC129F460EE9E353

I honestly think that Man Utd would do better with Berba and Hernandez than with Rooney and one of them. Having seen Berba against West Ham on the weekend I once again just thought that he is absolute world class and not much has to be said about Hernandez. Rooney on the other hand, scored 3 goals but didn't do much apart from that. Added to that, the first goal was a free-kick while the 3rd one was a penalty.
-
Probably
-
Both will start.
-
not fancy seeing him get 'd like? Nope. We really could do without getting him suspended again, you know.
-
Tbh, I've rather have an angry Rooney coming back from a 2 game suspension and scoring 3 against us than having Owen even on the pitch against us.

Obviously I'm not from the UK but it's almost the same for me. Probably once or twice per season a 3pm match is on pay-tv (The Arsenal 4-4 for example). The other, half-decent matches I usualy watch over a stream but only if it's not that shit to watch. For those matches who are only on a shit stream, I only listen to via only radio and watch the highlights later.

Will be and should be Barton.

Great weekend that was. Profit of 200 € from Friday till today. March has been a decent month in terms of betting but this could be my best month ever considering that there are CL matches around the corner again.

Saw this, but he's such a hot favourite and blew everyone away last weekend the whole bunch will be against him trying to make it as hard as possible for him. The odds for Cancelarra are very bad, though, Everything can happen in cycling - crashes, wind, punctures, fatigue... Considering he's 6/6 over cobbled classics/semi classics (last 2 Flanders, Roubaix and Gent-Wevelgem) better than evens is quite good. Going to have a bit on Guesdon, De Gendt and Chavannel in case a break goes down the road. Ballan to place. He'll be happy as best loser. Anyone put much on this? I wanted to but forgot it. I didn't want to do a live bet for a reason I don't even know myself. Happy that I didn't put anything on it, though.

Kinnear would be an even better choice, though.
-
Tweaked as to how I might be tempted to go at it, Keegan style We don't have the players for that formation. Viduka's, Martins' and Owen's quality were absolute key to it. No one (in our current team) can hold the ball up as well as Viduka, no one has the pace and unpredictibilty of Martins and no one has the goalscoring quality (and also the playmaking abilty that he had at the time) as Owen. Added to that, we would need Tiote for it to be the holding midfielder.
-
Barton's vs. Villa for me.
-
Carroll isn't here anymore - why the hell should he be our 'player of the season'? I agree about Enrique, though. Saying that, he's been very good last season as well and expectations were higher than they were on Barton and Tiote.
-
Jonas started on the right at the start of the 08/09 season sometimes with Duff on the left. Last season there were a few games in which he changed position with Routledge during the match.
-
Nolan will be a big miss. Happy that Shola is back on form, though. Think we'll get a close win. 2-1.
