I'm not English and these are still hilarious as fuck. Guess I'm just not getting the references then, I don't know who half the people in there are Footballers and managers, mostly

My favourite so far, perhaps only because of the explanation in text at the end "To get that cartoon, you really need to have seen the opening episode of Season 3 of Breaking Bad, specifically the bit where the two cartel twins crawl to the shrine. Yep, the best jokes are the ones that require both homework and lengthy explanations."

I'm still convinced Okugo was the guy, but Kanji may be right after all. One of the two CMs couldn't do anything right though. cmon dude, between me, everyone who watched the game not named you and SI. You still not convinced? You think Cabella is tall too? I'm surprised to even see to Orlando City players in there I mean seriously, is that the level? I though Orlando were still trying to gel. If that is XI of the Week material I'm f***ed. f*** sakes Kanji what have I gotten myself into? Already scheduled to watch the next game on tv. I didn't see the game, but my blind answer is a resounding yes. There are very few teams in the MLS capable of successfully passing the ball more than 3 times without giving it away. There is a lot of effort but very little team quality, just a few good players who every so often make something magic happen (where have I heard that before...). Although I imagine NYCFC & Orlando have an excuse given it was their first game. Which team plays the best football in the MLS? Seattle, Portland, SKC, LA. It fluctuates. New England played some decent football last season. Also, we need to end this "the MLS." It's just "MLS." Just as we don't say "the MLB." It's a pet hate and perhaps a YANK thing, but that's just how it is. This was mentioned on the Guardian podcast last week. Massive effort to change in my head since I think refer to every other league with 'the' apart from 'la' liga. I've been saying 'the NFL' too, is that wrong like too? Nah, it's "the" NFL, NBA, and NHL. It just doesn't make sense to say "the Major League Soccer," which comes out as "the Soccer." As opposed to "the National Football League" (the League) or "the National Basketball Association" (the Association). It's really incredibly pedantic, but drives me nuts. It's not pedantic, it's proper use of "the".

I've been googling the correct use, and it seems you do not add "the" in front of MLS.

Shea really grew into the 2nd half, but I can't agree regarding that Okugo guy, sure he won couple of balls in midfield but that Higuita guy was the one controlling the tempo of the game while that Okugo guy looked completely incapable of playing a pass (that moment in the first half when he tried to boot the ball with a half volley and completely made a mess out of it ). That Collin guy that was sent off kept going into challenges at 200% he was going to get sent off at some point Seemed completely wreckless. Molino is quite decent as well and him Rivas and Kaka with better understanding will definitely do some damage I think. Well that is if the quality of the game yesterday is the same across the league. Different game we saw then bro, Okugo made like dozens of tackles and interceptions and kept possession brilliantly well. Great tackles too. Higuata made far more mistakes. Both did very well though together. Need to remember that Okugu isn't South American, though.

Naw your team is kinda garbage. A Pardew team if I saw one. If Orlando had villa we'd murder your team. If we signed Ben Arfa like I suggested we'd be laughing. All jokes aside good luck to your team brother. Feels good to support something that wants to give back to you genuinely. Kinda? We were fucking shit. You got Mix though, you'll be aiiight.
