  1. Impressive that the famous millionaire has managed to pull a pornstar.

    Yoane Wissa

I find players that are perceived as underperforming often get called lazy or cowardly, when often it’s just lack of ability. In Wissas case I think the injury killed him, it took his pace and he has to adjust to not being able to do what he used to.
  3. In the 70s you would only need to beat 4/5 teams to win the European cup, and that includes first round games against fodder from tiny countries.
  4. Most of the messages are likely from people that have never heard of Farage and they won’t be reading any statements made by clubs like Wolves condemning it.

    Joe Willock

No, I’d 100% sell Willock and if anyone makes a decent offer for Joelinton I’d listen. I think his injuries are getting too much.
  6. Gabriel bought that, it was soft as shit.
  7. There’s no victory to be had for football. Arsenal losing would be a lot funnier than Man City losing.
  8. Pep’s living room will be covered in gob right now,
  9. The game seems less tactical and technical to me these days, but it would be hard to compete against today’s athleticism. At some point we decided that having a team of players that can run 10-12km per game, press, and run sprints for 90 minutes was the best way to win games.
  10. I reckon he’s stuck there unless Man City get an incredible offer that includes another buyback clause.
  11. Jackson. I wanted him last summer as well.
  12. He’s on around 400k a week currently.
  13. Spurs were part of project big picture and the ESL. If either of those pop up again they’ll probably be part of it. The big 6 is financial and political, them being shit or struggling to compete for trophies doesn’t remove them from it.
  14. Isn’t the poll largely supportive? A small minority would get rid, while a lot would like him to stay but think certain things need fixing, which isn’t unreasonable.

    St James' Park

Arsenal, Spurs, and West Ham have all put themselves in a far better position to be successful than if they had stayed at their old stadiums. Spurs and West Ham problem is they make shit football decisions, their new stadiums aren’t holding them back from being successful. I agree that West Ham’s stadium is a soulless bowl though, it’s what you need to avoid.

    St James' Park

Moving stadium can be a gamble, some fanbases are miserable in their new place and others have worked out well. If we have serious ambitions to compete at the top then staying at SJP will hinder that. Some might consider their matchday experience as more important though and don’t want to risk that changing. It just depends on what your priorities are.
  17. I think she’s got some sort of personality disorder and no amount of reasoning with her will make the slightest bit of difference.
  18. There’s no insight there tbf, it’s just a man that’s looked at the league table..
  19. Losing to Sunderland twice in a season would be tragic, outside of the latter stages of cups they’re the biggest games of the season.
  20. The number of players we need shouldn’t be a problem. We’ll have the financial head room, we should have the recruitment team in place now, and we have 7 months to get signings and sales lined up. Buying 8 players just doesn’t seem an issue to me.
  21. It does make sense if the two expensive strikers you have are nowhere near good enough. It’s essential we have capable striker, and we should have the headroom for it. I would try to sell one or both, but I think it’s unlikely. Wissa is a financial write off.
