People have forgotten just how piss poor Colo was when we got relegated, at one point Taylor was the only player who was giving us a fighting chance against going down, Willo has been decent indeed but he's not by any means proved in the EPL, just because we've beaten Villa 6-0 dosn't mean their going to keep doing this all season, Sol Campbell is 35 and i still not match fit, so i'd pretty much rather have our one proven premier league center back than any of those 3.

He's our best center back by miles..problem is its pretty stupid to ask for that amount of money when you've been injured throughout last season and didn't play anything in this one.

Is that him saying he doesn't mind us being knocked out, or am I reading it wrong? Don't get it. I think he dosn't mind the fact that we'll be playing a changed side (weaker or not) to be known.

Hope Tiote will be here by this one, would be a good way to get used to our players.

Fully expected today to happen, a bit disappointed with the way we conceaded those goals but we were going to conceade goals anyway so it dosn't matter, have to say Carroll was really good today and hope he carries on playing like this, just needs to start scoring more, the rest will get better as the season goes on.
