  1. Have to go 3 in the back for this and try to hit on the break. Seeing the level of Arsenal vs City it feels like another sport to the shit we've been playing.
  2. Arsenal will wipe the floor with us next week
  3. He had everything he wanted this year, control of transfers and a mostly injury free squad, there is no excuses for the fact that we massively went downhill this season, even less excuse to lose twice to your rivals who have been in the lower leagues for years, it just seems he is not the sort of manager who can handle coaching a team with champions league football and back to back game and the data backs it up, he might do a great job for England with all the time between games to plan but for us i'd much rather see someone capable of managing at the level we aspire to be at. If the new CEO is any good he should already have started the process of who is the best fit to replace him.
  4. He always give it his all but when the team is playing with no tactics and those around him are all over the place there isn't much that he can do.
  5. Good result in the end for our hopes of staying up.
  6. He is paid to make us better not the other way around ffs
  7. 5 minutes into this season he missed an absolute sitter and gave us a taste of the absolute shitshow that was to come
  8. The amount of goals we concede and games we lose when he plays is crazy, no wonder spent most of his career in relegation battles or getting relegated. The least Eddie can do is stay loyal to Pope who helped him through all these times.
  9. Dogshit from start to finish today.
  10. I thought last season he showed that he suited our style of play but he let himself down in pre-season, glad he's making the most of this run.
  11. Well at least we will have a chance of beating Bournemouth if he goes
  12. I know some people rate him here but i really can't see anything in him. He's not fast, he's not strong, doesn't really offer any proper defensive contribution, dosn't really do anything in attack, can't pick a forward pass and can't really shoot properly. he just recycles the ball which any of our academy players can do. Miley who's 19 looks a superior player to him.
  13. Couldn't even play the simplest of passes to Miley, this guy has a serious mental issue when on the field, like i said before he reminds me so much of Obertan who looked like he had all the tools but made all the wrong decisions on the pitch.
  14. For the right price i have no problem with him leaving, he's not bad but not that good either, and clearly has an attitude problem.
  15. I want to also add that while Eddie has done an amazing job with the team he inherited, he has done a terrible job with the current squad, there is no way he should be doing this bad with a team that includes: GK- Two England Internationals who have been called up in the last year RB/LB: Both current England internationals with at least one a starter CB: Current German and England Internationals with Botman as back up MC: Italy's best midfielder - Brazil's Best midfielder and Joelinton and Miley as able back ups RW: Probably still the weak point but he's got his 55m Swedish international there LW: Probably England's starting LW/and another England international as a back up ST: Germany's main or 2nd striker with a 50m signing as a back up. That is an insane squad on paper but they are currently 14th having lost twice to their newly promoted rivals. i doubt many mangers can do a worse job to be honest.
  16. I already put forward my argument that Jose would be the best fit for where we are right now, even the players will be more motivated to stay and new players will be more willing to join us if his name is there. considering how shit we've been this season despite having quality players and a full squad i'm very confident he will do very good job with us.
  17. I didn't realise we are that close in the table to those fighting relegation
  18. Did the same thing at Bournemouth, remember one of their fans warning us that this might happen when we first got him.
  19. For me the one that feels like a win-win for the ownership and management and the most logical one is Jose Mourinho, he's always had a soft spot for us and spoke highly of us because of the Sir Bobby Connection, and there are many points that support it - One of the best managers of all time. - Big message to both the players and outsiders about how serious the club is and might convince many players to stay - His personality will bring a lot of media attention and interest in the club - Ability to attract top talent with him in charge. - Almost always wins trophies in any club he joins. Even if it doesn't work you can't really fault the ownership if they hire Jose Mourinho, but you can if they gamble of an unknown manager, since we have 4 years left until the project deadline to be one of the best in the world it will be logical to go with him rather than waste a couple of years experimenting.
  20. They say the 1st half is the players half and the 2nd half is the managers half.
  21. Having him back is the biggest positive today, looked good and got an assist.
  22. I like him but wtf was that. no need whatsoever to do that.
  23. That is BS mate, we've have 200m+ To spend and he decided to take over transfers and buy absolute shite. Another club with a better manager and a real DOF would've took us a step up this season.

Poor today but don't think Elanga would've been any different.
